Andrea was absolutely amazing keeping me updated on my car throughout the whole process. “The crew did a really good job at detailing my car, but with only one small area that got missed. These photos were taken the day of when I picked up my car. I wouldn’t be too harsh on it because they did install my new wind visors, which I appreciated. Also, they’re conveniently located next to Enterprise, which is nice so I can get a rental next time I leave my car overnight for full detail.”
“There scheduling system is completely automated, which often, is helpful. However, when you don't know much about glass repair, it would be nice to talk to someone. There automated voice speaks over you when you are trying to select an option. Not a great experience.Changing this review to 5 stars. What I initially said is true, however, I ended up using Safelite to replace another windshield and their service during the process was immaculate. I highly recommend them!”
