“After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store on 8200 A Quebec St in Centennial — where the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic tasks — I came to this location and the difference was night and day.
Kody was absolutely incredible. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He listened, understood the situation, and took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. His attitude was warm and welcoming, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
UPS is truly lucky to have someone like Kody on their team. He turned a stressful day into a positive experience. I can’t thank him enough — and this location deserves recognition for doing things the right way.

What an incredibly intelligent, personable and patient young man. He went way ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with a tricky print job and nailed it. “I have been to this location twice now. Both times I have been there Miss Q has went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. I come in looking to send care packages to my loved ones. Miss Q very compassionately makes the process so much faster and less stressful. Treating my package as she would want her package to be treated. Her good energy and superior knowledge about what box will fit all my items, at the best price is golden! “Having been to countless UPS stores, I can't say enough good things about the staff at our local Buckley Road and Quincy Ave. location. Asan, Kiana, and West are friendly, helpful, and handle everything with efficiency. No matter how busy they get, I don't ever remember having to stand in queue for long. In fact, during our family living trust process, Asan kindly reminded us that over 20 notaries would cost quite a bit so we had it done at our bank for free.
We appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness and a big shout-out to the outstanding staff!”
“Shad was extremely helpful, kind and printed up my return label ( for a minimal fee.) and allowed me to take a seat and rest a moment, while trying to return a very, very heavy package to Amazon. I really appreciated the professional support and courteous nature, after almost giving myself a hernia trying to carry my package from my car into the store. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”
