“Dale was just amazing, Amazon seller shipped something to me in garbage back ( and used), I wanted to return it to them in the same bag, telling them not nice, Dale was worried I don’t my get my full refund, he fixed the packaging to make sure it’s shipped right. Thank you Dale!”

We were becoming quite panicked trying to figure out a way to do this with our individual work schedules, the notary hours, and the very urgent reason we needed the documents signed in the first place.
Incredibly, Martha Lee was able to find someone for us even at such an early time. She truly went above and beyond to help us and saved us a lot of stress in an already stressful time. I cannot thank her enough.”

“The owner and people working there have always been very kind and helpful. Whether dropping off a package, returning an Amazon purchase or using their business services. I found they have a scanner for large documents that is really speedy and reasonable.”
“Charles needs a raise, immediately. I’ve seen him several times at this location and he always leaves an impression. Today, he processed my return while on the phone with another store for a different customer; he had me out the door in about 30 seconds and even apologized (unnecessarily) for being on the phone. He’s a star!”

“I live near the Smoky Hill location, but travel to Parker just for the USPS because it’s I waste more time standing in line there than driving down here! This Parker USPS gives consistent, quick, friendly service. I am grateful for the staff here. Maybe they’ll move up to the Smoky Hill location. Those who are complaining should go checkout the Smoky Hill USPS! I promise, it will make you appreciate what you’ve got!”
