Wow, I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews, but I've only been going to BMO for about 5 months, so maybe something has changed. The tellers there are great! One of them very much engages the customer in asking how they are doing (in a real authentic way) and every other person I've encountered there have been warm and friendly.
