“Very pleasant overnight stay with welcoming lodge owners. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Guests have access to indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball and a cozy den to watch an extensive movie library. Custom breakfast served at your choice of times. Lodge is in a scenic, secluded area with the last bit of drive on dirt roads. Just 45 minutes south of Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend!”

“Mike was extremely helpful by having flexibility regarding check in and out times as well as providing us transportation to the train depot. The location was great for walking to the shops and restaurants and I especially loved the pretty flower boxes outside each of the rooms. “Great place in the middle of the small town of Winter park. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, A/C was quiet and functional. The TV has limited options as far as compatibility with your phone which was unfortunate. The breakfast was decent and they have 24 hr coffee available in the lobby. Beautiful path to the river is behind the hotel and picnic tables are there. Close to the amphitheater and all kinds of shops near by. Dogs are welcome which is key number 1 for me and my dog loved it. We had a very nice stay and the price was excellent I thought. Hopefully one day they will accept Bitcoin as payment and then get a 5th star.”

“Rooms: Updated and well decorated. I would very much recommend room 3014. It's extremely cozy with a modern touch.

Nearby activities: The building is right up against the mountain with a direct path to walk, snowboard, or ski along directly to the resort with Gondolas, restaurants, and live music. It's a wonderful place to visit.”

“My family lives nearby. I stayed in Indian Peaks Lodge. My room was very clean. Their in-room coffee is eeew weak and the coffee maker still had old water in it. The towels were bright, clean, white and extremely soft.
Good views from room and property. I drove all over the grounds, where allowed, took photos of trees changing colors. It's peaceful. The views of the huge mountains are so beautiful.
Sitting outside enjoying nature from my ground-level patio would have been better if the neighbor upstairs wasn't outside constantly on her phone. The upstairs patio is directly above the downstairs so any spills would come straight at the person underneath. Probably not the smartest design. Mostly, I enjoyed my room. There is no TV and I didn't miss it. It was functional. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and grounds.

“Great stay! Dog friendly- they sent me email to ask if we were bringing pets and what license plate was (parking pass) and what time we expected to check in - check-in was a breeze. Friendly staff as well as guests, had great conversations in hot tub. Great trails across street including fairly extensive boardwalk. Couldn't get on of windows open - the room has heating but no ac so it's nice to have windows open”
