The worst Verizon store I went to.... no help
Just came to pick up a phone and the girl couldn't stop what she was doing ( chatting, selling case, installing case, screen..)

Women was very nice, but rushed things very quickly, also was very unclear about what my bill was going to be, I was over charged $800 on my bill and also got charged twice in one month. Just like every other cell phone company there only out there to rip you off and take you money!!!! Absolutely worst company! Even worse then AT&T should have never switched

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. They are the worst. Wanted to charge me 40 dollars to diagnose that I needed a new, FREE SIM card. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 yrs.. worst experience. Go to the Dillon location instead!

Heather T poorly trained. I wanted to set a new number and she was useless.

She charged 40 dollars for her time and work? When she did not set a new number and this was not working. So she didn’t actually did any work.
I had to call Verizon and they were helpful, they set my new number without charging me $10 per sim and $40 for time, what about my time that I spent going there just to be charged? I thought going personally to store would be easier but was the worst experience ever. I would recommend to call Verizon, instead of going to this store.

Had an awful experience at the Dillon store. Came here, Taevon and Jamie gave me the complete opposite experience from the Dillon store. They were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! What an amazing experience. I left there with what I was looking for and couldn’t be happier. Thank you both!!! You guys rock

Heather is wonderful to work with. Her patience is stellar and she knows what she is doing. I would not hesitate to recommend this location. Also, it is surrounded with great places to each lunch.

I went there asking for help with my iPhone and they were no help, sold me a new phone and tons of other stuff I didn’t need. Even sold me stuff I didn’t agree to. Then I found out all my phone needed was a hard reset and it’s fine. Cost me a fortune! Not helpful at all!

This was the worst service I've ever had at any Verizon store. The lady working was absurdly rude to me for asking a very simple question about a screen protector. I will never be returning to this location ever again.

Heather was so helpful in getting me switched over from my 6 year old phone to a brand new phone and Apple Watch. She was very fast and efficient. My phone was a little slow switching over my information, but she made my whole experience wonderful!I did feel bad for her that she was the only one working, 6 people came in while I was there. They could use a couple more employees.
