I went there asking for help with my iPhone and they were no help, sold me a new phone and tons of other stuff I didn’t need. Even sold me stuff I didn’t agree to. Then I found out all my phone needed was a hard reset and it’s fine. Cost me a fortune! Not helpful at all!

Heather was so helpful in getting me switched over from my 6 year old phone to a brand new phone and Apple Watch. She was very fast and efficient. My phone was a little slow switching over my information, but she made my whole experience wonderful!I did feel bad for her that she was the only one working, 6 people came in while I was there. They could use a couple more employees.

My experience at the Frisco Verizon Store was fantastic. This team was responsive, respectful, clear in sharing information and solved my problems. I highly recommend them and will be back.

Nicholas was so great and had good suggestions as to which accessories I needed. He gave me great advice on how to set up my phone. He had all the answers to my questions!

Heather t who works there is poorly trained. This is not a Verizon store but a franchise. Heather does not know how to seperate two phones from one iCloud. she will charge 40 dollars and and a email which does not do the job. We actually had to call apple does the set up free of charge. in short if your buying an apple phone just go to them. Better customer service. we were able to do it over the phone.Heather doesn't know what to do in short. Don't go here.

After neglecting to solve my problem, the employee stated "sorry sweetie". As a business owner of over 30 years I found this extremely disrespectful and degrading! I've been a customer with Verizon for over 18 years and this company has been extremely incompetent in being able to solve a very simple problem. Very inadequate customer service! It's so disappointing that this is the only carrier seems to work to a certain extent in the mountains!

This was a great experience for me. Earlier in the day I had went to the store in Dillon and they were rude and did not want to help me with what I needed. The man told me it could not be done. So I went to the store in Frisco and the young lady that helped me did everything that I asked. Thank you for your help!!!

I needed a new phone while on vacation and Gabrielle spent hours helping me to select the best phone for my needs, copying my data (from my malfunctioning/broken phone) and setting up all features. She was patient, kind, and very comforting during a stressful situation. My experience was so fantastic that I will call Gabrielle directly at this store in the future when/if I ever need additional sales or services. I've never received such high quality help at my local store back at home!!
