“I have been with Coloramo for around 15 years. The staff are always very kind and I love the convenience of the Fruita location, I am also really excited for the new location on 24 road.
All of that said I am getting very close to closing my account. After switching their platform a few years ago It has become common for me to be completely unable to access my account because the online banking won't work. I try the app, I try the desktop version through their website and nothing. It says that my credentials are incorrect, so I reset my password and it still doesn't work. I usually give up after 4 or 5 times and then try it again in a few days and it works fine. Now if it does it I know it's just not working again and come back a few days later. This hasnt been the end of the world but sometimes it's very inconvenient.”
