Cournell helped me at the front desk and provided great customer service. The wait time took roughly 90min total from my initial oil change appointment time. This felt unusually long as there was a few open bays. Perhaps they were short staffed. Ideally it would be nice to be in and out in less than an hour for a routine... read full comment
