“I had my interior detailed and the service was overall good! There were a couple stains that I found on the passenger seat and some other small stains in the back . Nothing crazy, but for what I paid I would’ve thought these small details would’ve been taken care of.”

“My check engine light came on so I took it to the Volkswagen dealership. They told me that it needed $2.7k in repairs. The car was driving fine and I felt uneasy (the report said outdated code). A friend recommended EAS tire and auto. I came here hoping for a better experience and I GOT IT! They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”

“Management / ownership really needs a virtual tip option. Venmo, Zelle, whatever. Tips don’t get taxed, so I can’t understand why in this day and age they don’t have a virtual tip option for their staff. Staff was great, I had my dog and they were very helpful. They deserve a virtual tip option.”

“Good bang for the buck on the monthly washes, however, on my little black hatchback there are soap spots that are left after the basic wash. Wash. May try to upgrade to a more expensive wash to see if that works better.
