Most carwashes are a higher-pressure experience than buying a used car, but at Carlo they respect you as the customer and are happy to sell you whatever carwash you want and can afford. “If you have a vehicle you’re considering paint protection for, this is the only place to go. They came highly recommended by some friends with high end cars and my experience was absolutely fantastic. You get what you pay for and it was so worth it. First, they took me in last minute because I changed what vehicle I was going to by. They took me in 10 minutes after leaving the bmw dealership and only took two days on a last minute notice to a policy the ceramic coating PPF to front half of vehicle, side skirts, and rear quarter panels. They communicated with me the entire time, and I thought it was incredibly professional to set up a 2 week follow up visit to make sure everything is good to go. I will take every vehicle I get moving forward to EAP! You guys rock!”

“Honestly blown away with how clean my black SUV got with the touch-less drive thru wash. I had tons of residue from the roads after a snow storm and it took it ALL off ! Even did a darn good job on my rims.I didn’t see the code for the free vacuum time, but it wasn’t the end of the world either. It was only $1 to get vacuum time.I don’t live close, but I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️”

“Smudges is the best!! Thor has been going here for almost two years, twice a week for daycare with nothing but happy tails, dragging me to the door to go in. I cannot say enough kind words for the owner and his team- they are just wonderful people, love dogs and are genuinely nice people too. It’s a great way for Thor and me to start a day at drop off, and he’s a well behaved, tired out pup at home after. It was not easy to find the perfect place for him to go, I know that struggle and navigating reviews, but the search for us ended immediately and joyfully with Smudges.”

“The monthly membership offer is a great deal. I live in Woodland Park, and my vehicle gets pretty muddy quite frequently. Every time I drive down the past, I drive through the car wash, which is at least four or five times a month. Having the window cleaner and interior cleaner available along with rags at no extra cost is a huge benefit.”

“This place has the best carpet shampooers I've ever used. It lets you choose between a 2 or 3 motor vacuum. I have 4 dogs, it got every bit of dog hair out of my carpet... Incredible!! Plus the car wash machines switch product super quick, cutting down on the time it takes to wash your vehicle. Love it, for sure 5 stars and a bag of chips. Well worth the drive!”

“My wife and I have a joint monthly wash account with our vehicles.Pull up to the Account arm, a camera scans my license plate and lets me go through.Quick wash that got 99% of the caked on dirt off my truck.Pulled into a post-wash stall to dry my truck - the drying towels are amazing. It includes an blower to get the water out of the crevices.The vacuum was very effective.All in all a great service.”

They also have a little hand held dryer in the wash bays that's super simple to use. It's not the most powerful, but it's cool that there's one at all and it does work. “So I'm not really one who leaves a lot of reviews. Mostly because I think experiences these days are usually adequate to less than stellar. It's rare when I leave one, but when I do it's because it was exceptional, and that's what my experience was with Kerwin and his amazing wife was over at Aloha Detailing. Our new to us 2016 Mini Cooper S Countryman purchased from Schomp Mini was a lease return vehicle and to say she was in kinda rough shape was an understatement. Previous owner had done the obligatory drive thru car wash so swirls a plenty were in the paint along with various body scratches, water drying damage on all the black accent body pieces and then the black custom wheels looked like they'd been damaged with some kind of acidic cleaner with gray streaks all over them. Don't even get me started on the interior. As this is my wife's daily driver I knew it needed help and after a bit of research decided to give Aloha a try. First off, great communication, honest assessment and a no bull crap expectation of what they could do. Wasn't the cheapest but I knew I wanted something more than the local Car wash detailing that was the one and done service for $199 - my wife deserves better. Kerwin blew us away with how it turned out and highly highly recommend them for anyone looking to give your "bucket list" car the correct treatment. In addition, he was amazing too when I mentioned we were getting stripes done and his advice of paint correction first, then stripes, then Ceramic coating was greatly appreciated and he even accommodated us in an additional trip to finish her off after stripes were applied - so very grateful cuz I had that backwards in the order needed. Truly Kerwin is an absolute professional, a man of his word and more than fair in his pricing. Lot's of choices in our town for detailing but save yourself the disappointment with all the others and just go with Aloha. His attention to detail and finished work ethic is extraordinary - they truly went way beyond our expectations!!!!!! thnx again Kerwin!!!!!”
