“Super crew at the 4275 N Academy. I inadvertently left my dog crate when I vacuumed my car. I didn't realize it was gone till a couple days later so this morning I went over to Mister Car Wash and low and behold, they saved my crate. I appreciate it very much and they were very gracious when I came to pick it up. What it just showed me was the all-around customer service that they show and it's appreciated. It's a super car wash at the N Academy location. Easy access to Academy, It's always clean and the employees helpful and very attentive to their patrons. Once again, I want to thank the crew at Mister Car Wash for saving my day!”

Every car wash has its issues and kinks, [as someone who's tried nearly every chain out there] so of course it isn't perfect, but compared to the Mr Carwash closest to my residence, it does clean my pick-up much better, albeit smaller cars do get a slightly worse shine than others [an almost every car wash issue or a MY car issue]. Towels in the vacuum area were amazing as well. Would come back and sign up if my budget allowed it. ?”

Nine months later: I still like the company, but the 8th Street location is going downhill. There have been days when the vacuums were not working at all. On other days maybe half of them work. You want the towels damp, but they seem to have stopped drying them at all. I have had to wring them out to use them. They made the bathroom employees only and I really appreciated being able to use it when out running a bunch of errands - including washing the car.”

Very respectful staff with great membership options but no aggressive sales pitch. Will always come here.”

“Ok so I was in town from west Texas and my truck needed a wash. Read the negative reviews on this place cause that’s really a tell tell for most businesses. After reading them I just had to go check it out. Not going to say that the negative reviews were right or wrong but I actually found this place to be super clean, there was a very nice cordial attendant working and all their equipment worked great. I used the self car wash and spent less than $20. That’s a bargain these days. Anyways, for all the people reading negative reviews on this place like myself, know that this place is top notch in the car wash world! I’ll be a repeat customer when I come up to visit family. Thanks, nice place.”

“CJ and KC went above and beyond to give us an incredible car wash experience. They were both very friendly and respectful. After the wash, I asked if I could drive through again to get some of the bugs that were stuck on to the front of our minivan after our family road trip. They spent a good amount of time spraying it again, power washing, and even scrubbing them off with rags and perhaps even some goo gone. I was blown away by this amazing service! Please give them a raise! They deserve it and are the type of employees you want to keep around.”
