“Love the thoroughness of the process and the outcome with my wife’s car. They did the interior and headlights for a very reasonable price. Very communicative and friendly.
I will be bringing my car back next week to get the same treatment.”
“I got a new car and Lily help me get added to my husband’s membership, she made sure my first wash was the best one! My husband and I had our dog in the car and she already had a treat ready for her! I thought it would be difficult to add another car to the subscription, but Lily got it all set up in less than 2 minutes! I had been hesitant to get a membership with my last car, but I’m so glad I did it with my new one!”
“Aiden is the best. Super kind and had the best suggestions for my car air freshener. Smells so fresh and so clean clean in here. When y'all come thru, say hi to Aiden !”
“One of the best experiences working with Bill and Jesse. Outstanding experience from start to finish! I brought my vehicle to Elite Auto PRO for ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF), and the results are absolutely flawless.
The team's attention to detail is unmatched. Every edge of the PPF is perfectly tucked, making it virtually invisible, and the ceramic coating gives the paint an incredible, mirror-like depth and shine.
They also did a phenomenal job on the window tinting—the heat rejection is fantastic and the cuts are completely seamless. The staff was professional, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the maintenance and care process to keep everything looking brand new.
If you want to protect your investment and ensure your car, truck or suv looks its absolute best, this is the only shop in Colorado Springs you should trust. Highly recommended!”
“This being my 2nd time through the wash, I made some mistake that could have been embarrassing. Thomas, one of the workers, came out and informed me what I had done. He was extremely polite and very professional explaining everything. He did not make me feel embarrassed about it at all. Thank you Big Splash for workers like Thomas that made me feel comfortable. So much, thanks to Thomas, I signed up my wife. Thank you.”

“The car wash itself was great. Super Star are great. They’re clean, kind, and respectful. I’d specifically like to mention an employee named Ben. He was kind, helpful, and made sure that my experience was as smooth and easy as possible.”
“Nate was very polite & helpful today. 11/10 car wash! Vacuums here are top Teir along with customer service…oh and of course the wash comes out great every time!”
“Super crew at the 4275 N Academy. I inadvertently left my dog crate when I vacuumed my car. I didn't realize it was gone till a couple days later so this morning I went over to Mister Car Wash and low and behold, they saved my crate. I appreciate it very much and they were very gracious when I came to pick it up. What it just showed me was the all-around customer service that they show and it's appreciated. It's a super car wash at the N Academy location. Easy access to Academy, It's always clean and the employees helpful and very attentive to their patrons. Once again, I want to thank the crew at Mister Car Wash for saving my day!”
“Kerwin and Rhonda did a fabulous job on our twenty year old Diamond 40 aircraft. They worked tirelessly for three days and turned it into a brand new plane!! It looks amazing. They were careful of the delicate parts of the plane - and provided valuable information for future upkeep. A job well done!! We would use them again for sure!!!”
“I love Quick Quack car wash. We use their monthly top-tier car wash service for all of our Fleet vehicles. The wash and tire shine are exceptional. The kids that work at every location are happy, jovial, and enthusiastic about helping. I really love the green shammies they provide to detail your vehicle. I've tried several other car washes in Colorado Springs, and this company is my favorite.”
“Great wash, great service, great experience.
Every car wash has its issues and kinks, [as someone who's tried nearly every chain out there] so of course it isn't perfect, but compared to the Mr Carwash closest to my residence, it does clean my pick-up much better, albeit smaller cars do get a slightly worse shine than others [an almost every car wash issue or a MY car issue]. Towels in the vacuum area were amazing as well. Would come back and sign up if my budget allowed it. ?”
“Really happy with Smudges dog boarding- it was our 1st time leaving all 3 of our dogs and they had an amazing time and Smudges really took great care of them all. They were very kind and communicative for the duration of the trip, especially with our puppy who was nervous, and the dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. Would definitely use them again! 5 stars ⭐”
“Sam and another fellow were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. My car desperately needed some attention, and they did an amazing job. They even included a few thoughtful extras like a car freshener and cleaning wipes. Thank you guys :)”
“The crew is dope Libby is an amazing person and Daniel is an amazing and Bailey is an amazing person 20/10 definitely recommend the store is clean and my daughter lives coming here”
“I’d definitely recommend having Christian clean your car! He was super professional and did an amazing job. He even worked around my crazy schedule, which I really appreciated. He cleaned out my car, washed it, and did headlight restoration—and everything looked brand new when he was done!”
“I had an issue and brought it to the staff’s attention. Payton and her team did everything they could to make it right, and they did! Thanks again to Payton, her team, and Quick Quack Car Wash!”
“Great value. Wash, vacuum, towels, and cleaning products all for one price!
Nine months later: I still like the company, but the 8th Street location is going downhill. There have been days when the vacuums were not working at all. On other days maybe half of them work. You want the towels damp, but they seem to have stopped drying them at all. I have had to wring them out to use them. They made the bathroom employees only and I really appreciated being able to use it when out running a bunch of errands - including washing the car.”
“I just left here, after living so close for so long, I finally got a new ride I’m trying to keep really nice and keep the under carriage clean after adventures.
I’m so glad I stopped in, not only do they have better pricing than most for the service you get, the man Derrick was so kind and explained a lot of things to me! I’m picky because I’ve had damage from other washes and felt really confident going in because he explained their type of pully system! The wash itself was the most gentle but effective I’ve ever had before! Thank you and can’t wait to keep my new car clean through the seasons!”
“After moving in from out of state, I was looking for a good company to wash my truck with. After driving around on some dirt roads, it needed it. Tommy’s off of Tutt is a great place to go, and Jesse and Matt helped me get the interior clean and went above and beyond what I expected.”
“I had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Kelly at Mister Car Wash! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. She went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer.
On top of the amazing service, she told me about the incredible 75% off new member deal, and it made signing up an easy decision. It’s an awesome value, and I’m so glad she took the time to explain it.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it truly shows. Kelly is phenomenal at what she does, and because of her exceptional customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back. I’ll also be recommending Mister Car Wash to all of my friends and family specifically because of the experience she provided.
If every employee was like Kelly, every business would be five stars. She was simply perfect. Thank you, Kelly, for making my visit such a great one!”
“I love Mister Car Wash, but like I’ve said before, I think the brushes are a little rough. Most cars going through the wash are not that dirty to have such a rough wash.”
“Love it here.
I come through literally every morning - probably a huge pain in the arse for the team but honestly, my kids love it here, there’s always multiple vacuums available and the staff is always keeping things clean and tidy.
The unlimited membership pays for itself with three kiddos - highly recommended”

“FINALLY, a 100% touchless wash for my brand new full size Ram truck. I signed up for the $34/month package and couldn't be happier. I've had memberships at those brush/roller washes but they damaged my previous vehicles (and they're damaging yours too even if you haven't noticed). I wash my truck at 5 Star at least 1 to 2 times a week, which makes the membership cost effective.”
“Far superior wash to the others I've tried in Colorado Springs. You won't even need towels because there are no spots or streaks air drying. Vacuums are great. They also stand behind their wash. Very respectful staff with great membership options but no aggressive sales pitch. Will always come here.”
“Such an amazing staff. Had just taken my Bronco in and by the time I got home and noticed, my front license see plate holder had broken off and was missing. The great staff had found it and set it aside prior to me calling to inquire if it had survived. Super grateful for them and such a great friendly team.”
“Super thorough wash today. For some reason the right side of the car was still sudsy after the first time through but they ran us through again and hand scrubbed some things to make sure our experience was top notch. Thanks, team!”
“I brought my new Tesla to this brush free automatic car wash for the first time and was very satisfied. The attendant was helpful and the car looked great. I'll be back!”

“CJ and KC went above and beyond to give us an incredible car wash experience. They were both very friendly and respectful. After the wash, I asked if I could drive through again to get some of the bugs that were stuck on to the front of our minivan after our family road trip. They spent a good amount of time spraying it again, power washing, and even scrubbing them off with rags and perhaps even some goo gone. I was blown away by this amazing service! Please give them a raise! They deserve it and are the type of employees you want to keep around.”
