“We have had a great experience with Alsco. I cannot describe enough without writing a 2 page review how much they helped us with our insurance claim. The insurance agency was only going to replace 4 windows due to damage but when Alsco came out and Matt helped us he caught so many items that we would have been taken for without having the understanding of how window replacement worked. Matt and Alsco were able to get us the increase of what we paid high premiums in insurance for our hail damage claim. I would strongly suggest you use them as the value in how they understand how to work with insurance companies and the programs they use is immensely important. Also the windows we get have a life time warranty. I cannot give enough recommendations to Jean, Matt and Alsco.”

“I love this store, I have been here 3 times and out of those 3 times I have purchased two items. My first time here I purchased a dresser that I could not keep my eyes off. The dresser was $50 out the door which I love. It is of good quality, grey in color, sturdy, and no major markings, dents or dings. My 2nd purchase was today. I bought a glass table which was priced at $28 but because it had a very small chip on the corner, I asked if I could get it for cheaper, the guy let me get it for $20! What a steal! If you're wondering if this place has good deals on 2nd hand furnishings, they truly do and the customer service is always good from checking out to loading up your car. Thank you habitat, you have a lifelong customer.”

“Home Depot completely meets the expectations of a great building supply store. They have a huge selection of tools, plumbing supplies, electrical materials, hardware, lumber, and pretty much everything you could need for construction or home improvement.
I especially appreciate being able to find most of the materials I need in one place instead of having to visit several different stores. The selection is extensive, the prices are generally reasonable, and the stores are conveniently located.
For contractors and anyone working on home improvement projects, Home Depot is a very practical and reliable place to get the job done. It definitely lives up to what you would expect from a major building supply store.”
“I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.
After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.
Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”
“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great. “Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!”
