“The owner, Jaspal "Paul," greeted me warmly and asked how he may be of help upon my arrival. I took two pieces of my wife's jewelry in to his store to be repaired and cleaned. On the first visit, he was professional, courteous, and humorous; something that is often severely lacking in today's customer service. His prices are fair and the quality of his work in outstanding. I picked up both pieces of jewelry and he went into great detail about the repairs he made to make sure I was satisfied. I will be taking all future jewelry needs to him and his store. Many small businesses could take a few lessons from his. If you need any repairs done, his business is the only one that you should frequent.”
