On the first visit, he was professional, courteous, and humorous; something that is often severely lacking in today's customer service. His prices are fair and the quality of his work in outstanding. I picked up both pieces of jewelry and he went into great detail about the repairs he made to make sure I was satisfied. I will be taking all future jewelry needs to him and his store. Many small businesses could take a few lessons from his. If you need any repairs done, his business is the only one that you should frequent.”

I can't say anything bad about this place! They had security walking around, the restrooms were clean! “Took my 7 year old son there to get pierced about week ago. He was very excited and very nervous. The lady who pierced him made him so at ease. She was talking to him and asking him about his day. He had a dinosaur on his shirt and they had a good 5 minutes conversation about them. She had another employee come up so they could do it at the same time. As she was doing everything they continued to have this conversation about dinosaurs. I forgot her name but she was really great with him. When we started walking out of the store he turned around and roared and her, she roared back and made his day. Thank you for the great experience he had. He still talk about him.”
