“I cannot say enough amazing things about Gary and his team at Independent Living Solutions. In needing to find a solution for my mother's current stair lift, I called around to multiple companies in the Denver area looking for options. Her current chairlift was installed in 2016 and was a pricey yet necessary investment. The chairlift was purchased from another company, and each time they were called for service in the past couple of years, they stated that parts were no longer available for her lift, and that she needed to purchase a new chairlift entirely. The service call always resulted in an expensive quote being left behind. Her lift had become VERY unsafe and unstable, so we knew we needed to address this before she had an accident. In calling Gary, I explained what was happening, and he was so very kind and helpful in assisting me with solutions. And, with Gary's assistance, we learned that parts ARE available for her lift, yet the prior company we purchased it from are no longer selling this brand, meaning they are unable to access parts. With Gary's help, new parts were obtained and installed, and her current chair is working properly, and most importantly, safely - at a significant cost savings to my elderly mother's budget.
