“Very late review, but wanted to share my experience with this store. Up till 2019 before moving to Minnesota I used to go to this store sometimes for things that OfficeMax didn't have or things I needed were cheaper. Employees were great, and helpful to a disabled veteran with mobility issues. In Minnesota there aren't any Staples stores which is sad in my opinion. Just wanted to share my 2¢, and remembered this place going down memory lane in my old age. Lol.”

“Bethel in printing absolutely went above and beyond and saved what would’ve been a small work related crisis. I made an online printing order for next day pick up, and after I placed the order I noticed I forgot to add on the Expedited option to have them ready before noon. I called right away, and she answered and assured me when she saw my order come in she would make sure that it got printed for me in time without extra charge. When I called the next day to make sure they were ready, she let me know that the order never submitted through (my fault) and that she didn’t have a phone number to contact me because the order didn’t submit. I asked her what could be done and if she was able to still print something so last minute. She told me to come in and she personally made sure all three of my documents were printed right there on the spot. This is a really convenient location for me and Bethel is the best! Thank you.”
“I was super pleased, thankful and grateful for Jude at the Printing services department when I visited last Thursday, October 19, 2023.I was urgently needing label printing done and Jude genuinely and graciously helped me with no excuses, all heart and willingness to serve.
