“Daniel was nothing but amazing. My husband and I are having our first baby, and originally ordered shirts from Etsy over a month ago that never came. We were using these shirts to tell our families we are expecting, so we were very disappointed when that order never came for Christmas. After we visited Daniel at Instant Prints he immediately remembered we were in need of 17 shirts before we left back to Italy, and helped us design and print all those shirts the same day. Our shirts came out beautiful, and we are so grateful he could get them done so fast while being very affordable too. Our families were just overjoyed seeing the shirts with their own nicknames to the baby on it. Thank you so much!!!”

“Because of the UPS app, I falsely accused this location of not getting my package out quickly after I dropped it off. 24 hours later, I entered the tracking number in the app on my smartphone, and it replied that it could not find that number at all. Later and n a whim, I went via Chrome to the UPS website and reentered the tracking number, and the website informed me that the package had been sent out promptly. I apologize to the young woman who helped me ship!”

“I needed to ship some items before getting to the airport, and the ship center by the airport was closed. I googled and found the address for this location but didn't realize that this location is on the lower level of the hotel. Luckily I called and one of the guys helped direct me to the location. You enter through the front lobby, go to the right of the front desk, continue down the walkway all the way down, and then go to the right to use the elevator to go down 1 level, make a right out of the elevator then your first left. I hope these directions help others.
The staff was very helpful and I have no complaints there. The only thing I will point out is that this location charges drop fees for all packages. So keep in mind that even with a labeled package or an Amazon return (which I had) you have to pay a fee based on the weight of the package, in order for them to accept it from you. This is a major issue that if I had known I would've found an alternate solution before I drove to the location. However, I was already late for the airport and just needed to get the packages sent out.
I gave an overall 4 stars,, as the drop fee is a killer for me but the staff was awesome. If I had to rate based on the experience it was a 5 then.”

“I used them to print family cookbooks - they were wonderful to work with for the whole process. They asked me several questions to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted and the cookbooks definitely turned out better than what I could have done on my own. The printing job was beautiful and the binding sturdy to last generations. I also felt like the price point was very reasonable. My family liked them so much I had to do an additional order. I would highly recommend them.”
