So short staffed they can't even answer the phone after 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere.

Not enough Pharmacy staff - long waits in drive thru & inside the store. Calling the Pharmacy is worse - you will wait forever to speak to someone & additionally could just get dropped from the call while waiting

This is my regular Walgreens for almost 5 years. Today I went in to get a flu vaccine. The staff was great and Diego was the one that gave me the Vaccine. What a nice guy and extremely professional. Thanks Diego thanks Walgreens team.

Pretty unbelievable but about a year ago I dropped off two set of disposable cameras for development. Never heard back called a couple times every time I call I’m promised to call back but I never heard back from them. I’ve been in three times again the same thing you go in they said they’ll take your information down and give you a call and then they never call so they just lost two years worth of my photos and theres been no resolution. I’ve never gotten a call back, unbelievable I’ll be using somebody else next time. Not recommended.

I understand that they have scheduled lunch but I was on hold for about ten minutes and then 1:30 happened and within two minutes the phone was answered and then promptly hung up. They won’t refill a prescription, however, there is no reason listed, no phone call or notification to me. I simply went to see if it was ready only to find that they weren’t able to fill it. Really disappointing when you need the medication. If you don’t have a voicemail maybe it’s time to set it up instead of hanging up on customers? Walgreens in this area appear to have an issue with customer service, I’ll start looking elsewhere once I figure out why they couldn’t fill it, if they even answer their phone. Do not recommend, don’t get your medications here.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I believe everyone has a bad day occasionally. However this Walgreens is consistently a disappointment. They never answer the phone so you have to drive there to check on things the automated attendant can’t answer and the lines in-store always take forever. I’ve waited 30 minutes for them to help just 2 customers before me. If there are more than 4 people on line I won’t even wait. After today’s visit I will definitely be changing to a different pharmacy.

My experience today was just ok
I was already in a bad mood. I had to take a taxi because my delivery requests didn't go through.
The pharmacy is always busy and long waits.

Waited 50+ minutes on phone before just going to the store. I kept hearing someone pick up and then immediately put me back on hold (11 times). When you are in terrible pain and need to know if or when your prescription will be filled, you need the system or a person to be able to ell you accurately when it will be filled. When I arrived, there was no line at the outside pickup. And when I asked the people waiting inside how long they waited, they said 5 minutes! So why can't they answer the phone? When I told them about my experience they were unapologetic and apathetic. Inexcusable!

The pharmacists should post their lunch hours. Also the staff could be kinder to customers. I have autism and a staff person was rude to me and rolled their eyes at me because I asked if they worked there. They replied sarcastically "no" and when I seemed unsure they rolled their eyes at me. I'm sorry that my disability isn't visable and that I don't know who is staff and who is a vendor. A simple "yes how can I help you" would have sufficed. Please remember to be kind, you don't know what others are going through.

Pharmacy staff are overworked and understaffed, but maintain a happy, helpful and cheerful demeanor -- helping patients understand insurance, coupons, billing, authorizations etc. Great, kind people work here.
