“I live in Iowa and was searching for a used vehicle online. My search lead me to Phil Long Subaru, a dealership nearly 800 miles away where I “met” Taylor Kreiling. She was OUTSTANDING in every way. She took pictures of the vehicle, texted me those pictures and was very patient with a “remote buyer”. Some people wouldn’t have purchased a vehicle essentially sight unseen, but this Subaru has incredibly low miles, like 28,000, for a 2012. It was sold, serviced and resold from the same dealership. I was buying the history as well as a used 2012 vehicle. This wasn’t a $35,000 vehicle, it was a used low mileage vehicle at a decent price. As I said, Taylor treated me amazingly well knowing I may never buy another vehicle from her. That speaks volumes for not only the dealership, but the salesperson as well. It was serviced and detailed before shipping, which was much appreciated. My highest recommendations for the dealer and the sales lady. Keep up the good work! I think I got a good value in a used vehicle.”

“Great place for gas, air, and food! They offer free air pump, and it’s the only one in the area that does that. There is also a free microwave inside for people who need to heat up food. The gas is reasonably priced as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well. One of the best gas stations in the area!”

“Pretty good car wash and brushless too. $18 for the complete wash. Blower to dry car was a bit eh! But I give it a 4 of 5, its got a good beat and you can dance to it! 20 points to those who can ID my reference there!”

We barely made it into the shop, arriving just a couple hours before close, yet the crew here made every effort to get our Outback fixed that day. Sarah in particular took great care of us. I was truly impressed with this shop's diligence, professionalism, and clear communication. In all it was the best car repair experience I can remember”
