This locally owned business may not advertise and market like their corporate competition but they deliver products and services as good, if not better. Considering how POOR customer service & respect have become over the past several years from ALL TYPES OF BUSINESSES, the folks at the Pit Stop were fantastic to deal with. Friendly service on the phone & at their service center as well as straight forward pricing and service, no surprises. Eric the manager is pleasant, professional and honest. Only 2 minor areas to improve 1-The exterior appearance is a bit dated (doesn't impact customers) 2- Tire Pros could improve their website as it relates order status and details regarding the pricing and services with their partner the Pit Stop.
