Absolutely wonderful people and services! Arrived last-minute with a need to print on aluminum-backed boards and they made it happen. Left the store with a cardstock prototype in-hand and picked up the aluminum versions just in time for our flight a couple days later. They really go the extra mile here.

Came in unhappy with prints I had made of an oil painting. Valerie saw the issues I was explaining and helped me get the prints right. It looks EXACTLY the way I had imaginednow. She’s awesome too.

I use these folks regularly for my company, the experience here has always been quite positive. They've all been kind, easy to work with, and responsive. I've mostly worked with Valerie. This week I called her up to simply confirm our rate for different quantities of prints, but she took the initiative to work on getting us a better rate because of our continued business. Not that we were considering switching, but instances like this are what guarantees we'll never change vendors.

Good product, awful experience. I requested construction drawings to be printed from complete .PDF files, and after 9 days and a few very ugly conversations, we have the product. I uploaded 3 files via Alphagraphics website on 11/07. On 11/08 received phone call from Valerie asking for details and confirmation of sizing. Later the same day, received a quote/invoice, which I paid immediately. On 11/14, I called to check status, as it had been a full week, and it was a very small print job. The male employee with whom I spoke said he would deliver my message, and I received a very bitter, angry phone call from Valerie who effectively called to berate me for expressing displeasure in the timeline. She argued that it had not been 7 days and was really hung up on those words. Pickup on 11/15 was just as painful; as I walked into the location, the woman in front of store (I am guessing the same Valerie) greeted with a smile, but when I said "I'm picking up construction drawings for Earth Science Systems," she exaggeratedly groaned, rolled her eyes and made a show of her displeasure in seeing me. Our company owns a plotter, and we would normally have large-format printing capability, but we are in the middle of a move, so we needed to hire this one out. If our plotter was working, the job would have taken maybe 20 minutes. When I placed the order, I never expected to jump to front of line, and reasonably expected a day or two lead time. Then after a week, when I called to check status, each of the 3 individuals with whom I spoke deferred, demurred, and deflected as to why it should take such a long time for such a small job with no design, programming, or artwork required. I can say with certainty, that had I gone into Staples or OfficeDepot, I would have had the drawings same day, and would not have been treated so harshly for the apparent crime of expressing my displeasure in a calm, respectful manner. AlphaGraphics won't miss any other small jobs we might generate in the future, but we'll be much happier going to big box retail; I chose AlphaGraphics Golden because they are locally owned and small business, just like us.

Talked to Juan. Basically told me he could complete a quick turn around project and then backtracked. Not sure why, but he became super short with me and told me I needed the artwork prepared but gave no indication (after asking multiple times) how to prepare it! Really felt for a small, local business the customer service would be much better. Heading to Staples!
