JUST TO GIVE YOU SOME BACKGROUND, I AM 80 YRS OLD AND MISSED GROWING UP WITH THE INTERNET, ETC. I HATE GOING INTO A PLACE LIKE THIS. BUT OFF I WENT AS MY PHONE WAS DEAD ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST AS OLD AS I AM. WHEN I ARRIVED ASHDON STEPPED UP AND WAS HE FANTASTIC. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I USUALLY COME OUT OF PLACES LIKE THAT EITHER IN TEARS AND/OR SWEARING I'LL NEVER GO BACK. AFTER READING REVIEWS OF AN OFFICE MUCH CLOSER AND YOUR REVIEWS, I DIDN'T CARE HOW FAR I HAD TO DRIVE AND IT WAS WORTH IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH. ASHDON IS A STAR!!!

Just went up to Golden branch. Got there at 4:15 pm, sign on door, off to lunch, be back at 5...Are you serious??? Your online store hours say nothing about closed for lunch at such and such hour. Get your act together, in business you don't inconvenience customers!! Off to another branch to buy my Galaxy Z fold 4, you lost a big sale there!! And I'll spread the experience with others.

Dude, this company is shady as hell. They added on some insurance and home tech protection without even telling me when I went to get a new phone, and I later found out about it from my bill and had to cancel it. Person there also tried to get me to buy an AppleWatch that I clearly did not want.

Have gone into this store 3 times in the last couple of months. It is the same arrogant guy that never seems to know anything about Samsung phones or accessories, makes zero attempt to assist, and looks at you like you're from another planet.Today was my last visit to this store and the "I'm an Apple guy" store associate. The ATT store at Denver West is a longer drive but this is the one I go to from now on as they are always pleasant and helpful.

As a former associate with this company, I was very disappointed at how little of care and professionalism was at this store. I went in for a few account changes and the associate who was helping the customer was being deceitful and manipulative towards her, but when she asked if he could call a store and ask if they have an item, he not only told her he can't call he then he proceeded to tell her he just can't when asked why.When purchasing a phone case and screen protector he would not sign into my account therefore I did not get the discounts from my account. I was then told the changes I needed done to my account had to be done over the phone. Customer service has highly decreased at this store and I am sad to see that such a good company has lost its good reputation for customer service.

Marco was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I updated my iPhone to a newer version. He also took the time to put my screen protector on my new phone. He was super patient explaining how to transfer data from my old to my new phone. I highly recommend you going to this store for help in Golden near King Soopers on South Golden Road.

I was visiting Colorado from Delaware. My iPhone 13 froze up and I could not restart it. I called the Golden Colorado AT&T phone store and Christian was able to put me through a sequence of five buttons that solved my problem. He save the day and my trip. Thank you Christian

Who hired Dustin? The guy is very dismissive and rude the store opened at 10:00 AM an elderly client entered the store and needed some help as they could not get support via the phone. He made excuses to let them go . Same thing with me, I needed help with the phone trade in, he did not want to listen, very skeptical with every thing I say kept bashing on ATT sales being deceitful what not, and they take commission and leave .. with no clarification what so ever . He just does not want to put the effort. You need to take care of your customers regardless where they purchased the plan.For ATT, you need to better support your staff, most of the time, they have no clue why things are happening to the account, I wasted two weeks of my time on the phone, they were trying but they do not have continuity or all the information. Who is going to compensate me for my troubles ?

Mr. Edwin was amazing. Even when dealing with a few of us at the same time, it was as if he was dealing with each costumer one on one. Great multi tasking abilities, and even better customer service. This will be the ONLY store I will go to, from now on!!!

Waited for customer service rep (only one working) to finish with another customer. We have been using AT&T for years and didn't mind waiting. Assisted us with a new Samsung phone. Great service!
