Nothing but good experiences working with this location. Shout out to Preston for not giving up on my wife and I. We definitely did not make it easy on him but he treated us with kindness and was patient the whole way. Thank you AutoNation West and Preston (highly recommend you ask for him) for turning what began as a difficult first car buying experience into an easy one.

I brought my car in on a Thursday because the passenger air bag warning light was on. My service person said "a part" needed to be ordered. Turns out, without consulting me, they chose to replace then entire front passenger seat which I only discovered when I picked up the car (very costly). On top of that, they had to keep it over the weekend because their people do not do work on "such jobs" on weekends. When I called to find out the status of the repair on Monday morning, I could not get any information despite numerous phone calls and voice mails. At one point, I was told the service person responsible was "unavailable" - supposedly giving my car a "test drive". When I finally was able to get information on that status late on Monday, I was told that the car would not be ready until the following day. Finally, on Tuesday, at 8 am, I got a call that the car was ready. Hard to believe that it wasn't ready the day before. I was so unhappy with the service I sent a letter to the general manager detailing the terrible communication experience. Of course, I never got a reply. I will not use this company again.

Do not use to service your vehicle! Poor customer service and continually transferring you to wrong departments! I was only trying to verify my warranty for my tires I bought with them this past year! I bought my car with them and will no longer use them anymore!

Avoid this dealership. I purchased a brand new outback from them last December. I brought it in to service a problem with the remote start, and somehow they managed to make the problem MUCH worse, such that I could no longer drive the vehicle. They kept it for months with no contact except when I called for an update (to which they always responded that they were busy). I finally reported them to Subaru HQ, who after only a few days agreed that this was unacceptable and bought the car back from me. Then I filed a request for a refund of the prepaid service plan and extended warranty in June with the dealership. I have heard nothing back since then, despite repeated calls, emails, and even in-person visits. There are two other Subaru dealerships in the area, and I strongly suggest using one of them instead.

Scheduled a 30k mile service. Wife brought car in. The predators I. The service department sold her 4 new tires. The ones we had were fine. They wouldn't have done that if I was with her.First inspection they said the tires were fine. Second one they came back and said they needed to be changed and that the first guy was "just a technician" meaning he was wrong.Additional scare tactic of "you could shop around but they might not have the proper alignment ability" sales threat. They will not get another penny from me.Too bad. We bought the car there and we're doing all the service there. No we will never go back.

Bought a ram 3500 for 56k with a warranty that I got for a "discount" that costed an extra $4,900. A month in the check engine light turns on because the DPF filter got full. They said they couldn't fix it cause they don't have a lift but their warranty doesn't cover it either because it's considered maintenance. The filter shouldn't get full so there's obviously a bigger issue they should of caught. They said there's nothing they can do but buy it back for $46k. I know about depreciation but losing 10k in a month is unreal. Now I'm stuck with a +$3k repair. When we asked for the inspection report the sales manager tried giving us the report of another car thinking we wouldn't notice and when we asked for the right inspection report for the truck he said he couldn't give it to us. Take your business somewhere else

The employees here are very knowledgeable... And I mean VERY knowledgeable. I walked in and asked for a very specific gasket, and the employee knew the exact part number (from memory) for the part I was looking for. Within a few minutes, I had the part in hand and walked out the door. He even explained the proper way to install it without using the OEM installation tool.I've been coming here for parts for years now, and have always been very happy with how knowledgeable the employees are. Also they've always had the parts in stock that I'm looking for. This place gets an A+ in my book.

I’ve been fixing Subarus for 13 years and have been around a lot of parts people. This is the best group of parts people I’ve ever dealt with.

Charles Sanders was the most rude person I think I've ever dealt with. How he keeps employment at all is beyond me.

Great if you need an oil change but impossible to talk to a real person for anything more complicated.

Calling parts for hours and no one answering for several time a day. To be honest, my call have never went through before. Not only today, never went through.

I had been a loyal customer for many years, but I no longer feel that I can trust your shop. The last time I came in, your shop recommended a repair to my Forester's A/C system that would have cost me over $2200.00, money I didn't have. I consulted a second opinion on the problem I was having with my A/C, and it turned out the recommendation made by your shop was not necessary. My A/C only needed to be recharged and the seals replaced. The condenser did not need to be replaced. I feel that your shop tried to take advantage of me and convince me to make an expensive repair that was not needed. The recharge was done for around $200.00 at another shop and the A/C has been working without issue since then. I hope this is not happening to other customers. So many of us are struggling right now due to the pandemic and other life difficulties, and we need to be able to trust the businesses we frequent to take care of us in these difficult times.

My car had a prior warranty repair at another Subaru dealership. A year later, I took it back there for the same noise. Because the sound wouldn't duplicate, they couldn't figure it out. I decided to take it to a different dealership and landed at AN West. They were great there! Very friendly, timely, and helpful. They figured out the issue right away. The warranty repair done a year ago went bad. The struts and top mounts had gone bad again.

I was screwed over when buying a used Subaru from another dealership in Littleton. And I brought my car here to get a second opinion on my brakes. I was helped by Annsley and Adam in the service department and they were SO helpful. They were very kind and understanding, and did everything they could to help me, I would recommend this dealership over any other in Colorado.

Prompt attention from a caring staff. They paid close attention to our needs and helped us in any way they could. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so.
