This is my second review of Autonation since working with them. I have been a customer for >10 years and they are generally reliable. I appreciate many of the customer service reps taking time to update me on issues with my car and for things like oil changes and scheduled maintenance I had no issues. For emergency issues like power steering control issues I have had to take my car in 4 times now for the same issue. It is hard as a lay person to differentiate when there is a difficult problem to solve and there is no guarantee that they can fix it. I just deducted one more star because they had some issues with a nation wide hack of their scheduling system (not their fault) but also power outage in their garage which caused havoc. I had to drive around my car with power steering issues during this. Overall, hope they can get back into top shape as I generally like them.

Hands down a much better experience than I have had at the Centennial location. Service was done quickly and efficiently. They also updated my audio system while I was there. 10 out of 10 I will return to this location.
