Nobody at dealership cared about customer not even the manager…..I had the worst buying experience at this dealership will never go again…the salesperson never called me I have to call him every time. Car has a factory issue with hazard light, I called and tried to get in to address asap as it is a severe safety issue for me to drive around and I was told we don’t have any appointments please schedule one which is out weeks, really !!! This is how Autonation takes safety so lightly, I am so disappointed and disgusted by it. I literally got the car last week, you guys only care about selling the car but no customer service from the service department. Unbelievable

8-6 follow through. The manager likes to hold daily JOKE telling sessions. I just didn't want to be a PUNCHLINE. No questions, thanks auto response. This advisor is a rare breed. This one will go above and beyond to make things right for anyone! Truly, a Trailblazer!

Highly disappointed in the customer service I received from their sales team. I wanted to purchase a truck however the financing rate at the dealership was astronomically high (12%), after securing separate funding for less than half of what the dealer wanted I called to reserve the truck (which according to the dealer was still available at that time), I also sent several text messages to their general manager, secretary, and the sales person. After several hours of no communication from the dealership, I received a call informing me that someone else was interested in buying the truck. I notified the sales person that I had requested a hold on that truck several hours earlier and I was first in line but nobody at the dealer would respond, I drove an hour to the dealer as they said the truck had not sold yet, however, the dealer proceeded to sell the truck regardless. Needless to say, if you’re interested in poor communication, lack of customer service, overpaying on interest rates, and having your time wasted only to be dismissed by their useless sales team, by all means waste your time and money with this dealership.

I have nothing but high praise for Jay Kramer and Yamile Urias of Auto Nation GMC after I took possession of this AWESOME 2025 GMC Hummer 2X. From the first call with Yami to the final negotiaions with Jay, they have been forthright and honest and looked to help me make a great decision without any sleezy upselling tricks that some dealers use. I was greeted upon arrival. I was checked in for my appointment with no wait time. I was given a wait time of 1hr 15 minutes and that is exactly how long it took, maybe a little less. The waiting room area has enough seating and was sufficient with a water dispenser and vending machines. The front desk reps were pleasant. The service I came for was performed and I felt satisfied with the information I received after. No push to do extra maintenance and the price was great. Highly recommend and I will be returning in the future.

Tyler Stewart was extremely nice and helpful with our trades and getting the 2025 Acadia vehicle we wanted as it had to be brought from another lot in Brighton, CO. The service department was very nice as well helping us order mats for our new Acadia and helping with the recall on my 2022 GMC Sierra
