AutoNation did my breaks. No problems at all. Waiting room was clean (no snacks or vending machine) and had good WiFi reception.
It did take an hour longer than was quoted. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

First time I have ever bought a car from a dealership and I couldn’t have had asked for a better experience. Ed was extremely helpful and never once made me feel like I was a fish out of water in a very new experience. He also found me the perfect vehicle for my needs and after some number crunching we came out with a plan I could afford for a car I never thought I could own. On top of that, Jake on the finance team made a very overwhelming process easy and understandable. Taking his time to go over everything, educating me rather than talking at me. So if you want genuine people selling you your car, go here. The team will not disappoint and hopefully you’ll come out with a sweet new ride!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience going in to get an oil change. The new service center is very comfortable to wait at. Shane was amazing, from the moment I got there until the moment I left, I felt like my car was in good hands and that customers were cared for. Also I was able to make an appointment here earlier the same day after finding a better deal here than the original dealership I was planning to go to. I will definitely be returning!

I bought a car with a cracked windshield six months ago. I was told my windshield was going to be replaced within a month after purchase the car. I had to keep calling the dealership and was told the windshield was "backorder". Which it was not true since the sales rep never ordered the windshield.

AutoNation Subaru West adopts classrooms every year at Creighton Middle School and we appreicate it SO MUCH! They are always so kind to us in the beginning of the year, as well, with providing our entire school with great freebies. We love them!!

First salesman forgot a few details when showing me vehicle like not giving me a Carfax report or showing me engine or explaining tires. Then I gave him credit card to hold vehicle and said I'd be back in 3 days. He did not explain that this was not a down payment!
When I went back, first person wasn't there had to deal with another salesperson who was very very busy and couldn't help me right away. So I had to wait almost 3 hours before I could get out of there with my car.
I thought credit card was down payment, but no I had to pay full price cash when I arrived. This policy was not explained very well!
On way home after car had been detailed I noticed chip in front windshield right in front of me! I drove back to dealership to ask about getting Chip repaired. Mistake. By that point sales person had left. I was told he'd get back to me. I waited four more days. I contacted him but he didn't give me an answer. So called first salesperson who explained that chip repair was done by outside company and I had to wait to get appointment. So much waiting, not happy with service! Even though I bought my Subaru there, I won't Go back.

I like this place so much that I bought 2 cars from them! I appreciate the fairness in their offers and I did not feel like I was in any tricky sales scams. Shannon Sandoval was a great sales person as he was able to accommodate my specific requests. He is smart, knowledgable and is always at his best. In finance, Liam was extremely helpful in helping me understand documents, warranties, and how to care for my car. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to manager Mitch who believes in personally talking to the customer, greets with a handshake, and makes sure that I leave the dealership with a smile.

Arrived early for an 11:00 am appointment, but was welcomed early. We talked about the maintenance issue and promptly arrived at a resolution. I decided to wait for the job to be done, and was subsequently told parts would have to be ordered to complete the repair.
We are awaiting parts and ultimate resolution to this issue.
All concerns were properly addressed and Auto/Nation's professionalism is apparent.
Well get this done ASAP without issue.
