As usual, the service was thorough and prompt, but my wife was sold a lubricant additive along with her oil change, which seems unnecessary, as modern synthetic oils have all of the additives required, direct from the refiner. Snake oil, in my opinion.

I’m so grateful for the service and support I experienced at AutoNation Subaru West. Don from sales was so helpful, answering all of my questions. Liam from financing made all the paperwork go smoothly. The whole staff made this an easy and enjoyable process. I’m thankful!

Before arriving at Autonation I had been to one previous dealership that wasn't a great experience. When we arrived Don was outside and he greeted us and helped us right away. Don was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! He knew so much about the car even though it was a Kia not a Subaru and he really helped the experience be great! They really want you to love the car and aren't just pushing you to buy one. Chris in finance was also great and thoroughly explained every document that I was signing. I couldn't have picked a better place to buy a new car.

I called to order a new rim at 9 am, Jon did not return my call until the following morning. When I went to the service department for the repair, I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hr 15 minutes, by another tech who said Jon would be taking care of me. It took 2 1/2 hours. Jon never did come to the service area to talk to me. He instead sent a text stating I needed new tires and an alignment. I expect to have a chance to talk to the tech in person and discuss tires, prices, etc., but since he couldn't be bothered, I took my business elsewhere.

I have gotten my Crosstrek serviced at AutoNation Subaru West twice now and had a fantastic experience on both occasions. Shane provided excellent customer service. Drop off was super easy and he was able to call me a Lyft to and from the service center in between drop off and pickup. My car was finished in 2 hours and the whole experience was a breeze. Very pleased with AutoNation and I would recommend their service center to anyone!

I have been consistently very impressed with the communication and quality of customer service at AutoNation. I've always taken my cars to Pep Boys or Firestone and hoped for the best but they always messed up my car worse. Auto Nation has really made taking care of my car a relief when I drop it off. Especially as a woman, we worry about being pressured to pay for things or intimidated. Also not the case at Auto Nation. Very respectful. Highly recommend always.

Took my vehicle in for a recall repair. I set the appointment the week before the service date. I dropped the car off and had arranged to leave it for the day. At the end of the day I was expecting the call telling me the vehicle was ready, the call instead was to inform me that they didn’t have the part to install. The service was done the next day and I was happy with the end result, just frustrated that in the week between making the appointment and the service that they didn’t confirm they had the part.

Annsley was amazing! I was skeptical about taking my car to a dealership, but my experience here was very inspiring. I wasn’t able to get my car until closing time, even still, Annsley and the tech Jacob took 20 minutes to walk me through the work that had been done.The process was quick, clean, and easy.
