Barnes & Noble is a great place to get lost and discover new books for a couple hours, with something for everyone. It is also a great date spot. The store has a Starbucks inside and lots of parking. Many find the staff to be lovely, knowledgeable, and very helpful, with a great attitude. They are friendly and enthusiastically invested in assisting with purchases and recommendations. Customers are pleasantly surprised that most prices match Amazon. It is a place where people can browse products and buy gift cards to help the store.
Personally, not my favorite, because of the book to merch ratio (I love having lots of bookish accessories in stores as well as books), but overall clean, not too crowded

Great customer service and a nice selection on various topics. Sad that bookstores have mostly disappeared.

Love visiting here! I love looking for things for the grandkids, for myself, an B&N exclusives! Having a Starbucks in here just makes it even more special! I love that my grandchildren are finding a love for books and reading!
