Consistently rude service desk, like this dealer wants to avoid servicing RAM safety recalls. Have called twice about scheduling; each time the woman manages to be incredibly smarmy yet completely uninformed and unorganized. Doesn't schedule, will just "put you on a list".Contrast that to another dealer a little further away...isn't hostile as soon as you mention "recall", checks the computer for parts, schedules an appointment. Not that hard!

Over the years, I have purchased many cars from John Maes. When my adult son needed a new work truck, John was of course the first person I thought of. The truck we drove from Greeley for, per John, was not a very safe option. He spoke with his manager, and John was able to sell my son a year newer truck, with 70,000 less miles, and wasn't much more than the truck we drove in for. In the future, my family/friends and I will be back. Thank you John, Thank you Christopher Dodge for getting my son into a great new vehicle.

Short story, this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend you find somewhere else.Long story, to start they quoted me a price that was over $1,000 more than what was posted online, so be sure to check them on that. I ended up buying a used truck from them and when I picked it up, they tried to give me the truck with the gas light on! I had to ask several times for them to fill up the gas before I took it, and they finally took it to a gas station and only filled it up 3/4 of the way and tried to tell me that the gauge would move to full as I started driving, which they knew was a lie. Also, they had agreed to replace the windshield on the truck because there was a crack across the entire windshield. They had the truck for a few days and did not replace it while it was at their lot and said they work with a mobile company who would come to my house. I took it because I needed to use the truck that weekend. Well turns out I lived too far away for the mobile company so I had to set up a time for them to replace it, and then I get a call at 10am that day that they actually couldn't replace it that day and would have to set up another time. The company that they work with is a small company and only has 1 person installing windshields, they don't have a shop and on Google it says they are temporarily closed and they are very hard to get a hold of. It is ridiculous for a large dealership to rely on this one company. I ended up having to wait almost another week to get my windshield replaced. The manager that I was working with did not seem to care and only gave me a few oil changes after I complained. They tried to make it sound like it was a special thing that they were doing, when after talking with a service employee it turns out they usually give people free oil changes and offer an oil change package at the time of purchase, which was not done at all when I purchased my truck. There was also zero follow up to see if my windshield was actually replaced and if I was happy with it. The people at this dealership do not seem to care about the customer at all and are just focused on money and trying to gaslight you. It is like dealing with a toxic ex and I would recommend you find somewhere else.

These folks sold me a 2019 f150 that they told me was great with no issues upon inspection. Said they just serviced it and everything. Rushed the sale on a Saturday, probably because they didn't believe I'd come back the following Monday. Anyhow, this truck Had 77.9k miles. They even talked me into getting the "assurant extended warranty + gap" coverage. Not even 300 miles driven and less than two weeks later I got a p00021 code which indicates an issue with the intake camshaft position timing (over advanced). In layman's terms they sold me a vehicle with bad VCT cam phasers plus a few other issues. I called the service department when I got the code and was encouraged to find a ford dealership to take the vehicle to for a diagnosis on the issue. I was finally able to drop the vehicle off at a ford dealership (keep in mind many of these dealerships have multiple week wait times. I gave them my assurant service agreement number and all of the pertinent information they would need to make a claim for repairs after they diagnose the issue. I dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday was told that the VCT Cam phasers were bad and that it was also causing an issue with the timing chain and other miscellaneous parts pertaining to the engine. The service advisor from ford told me this would be a $4400 repair. I ask them to follow up with assurant. The service advisor contacted me saying that assurant has no record of my service agreement, and nothing matching the vin of the vehicle. I'm like this can't be right, so I attempted to contact Christopher Dodge's finance department multiple times. Each time I was transferred nobody answered the phone. I left 3 voicemails requesting a call back. Never got a call back. The service advisor also attempted to contact them several times without any success until the end of YESTERDAY. Low and behold assurant had no record of the extended warranty this dealership "sold" me, because Christopher Dodge's finance department never entered my purchase into the system fully. So because of that they said that they would have to send it up to their "warranty administrator" to "kind of speed things along" and in my experience with stuff like this it's more than a few hours for this to be corrected, it's more like 48 hours. So I've had to jump through hoops and hurdles to get this taken care of, and have been out of a vehicle for a week. As it's now Friday evening we are going into the weekend and I will have to be out of a vehicle for likely another week and a half to two weeks OR LONGER. That totals ATLEAST 3 weeks without a loaner vehicle or anything of the sort due to no fault of my own - but to the fault of this dealership not processing things correctly on their end. Mind you they've offered no type of compensation or loaner vehicle. The salesperson who sold me the vehicle doesn't even respond to emails. What I initially felt was a good experience has become a nightmare. I have a 4 year old kid. I'm responsible for getting them to and from school, along with getting to and from work myself Monday through Friday and this has changed my outlook on this dealership for the worst. It's fraudulent to collect money from people and not use it for its stated purpose. Who knows when this BS will be taken care of - but it's very unacceptable. I could go on about this entire ordeal but I digress.

Long Story Short:Been here 4 times in the past 3 years. We've ordered parts for our Jeep and Ram to pick up from here. 3 out of the 4 times we've been here it's been just pure frustration. It was a bad first experience, so we gave them another chance it was a good experience but the following experiences here were just as bad as the first if not worse.Long Story:45-minute wait to even be asked if you need help or why you're there. Dudes just kept walking by in and out without thinking, "Maybe this person is here for something?", "Why are they still standing there?", "Has anyone helped them yet?"NOBODY acknowledges you when you walk in or while you wait. The only helpful person is a lady who works there but she seems overloaded with work and she is not always available. The ONE time it went well, it happened to be a time the lady was available. The other 3 times they never ordered the part or then they ordered the wrong part so we drove to the dealership to pick up nothing after receiving a call it was ready for pick up.It really makes you not want to come back at all.

I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could. My wife and I are very impressed with the customer service here. We will continue to buy vehicles from them and we get all our personal and business vehicles serviced here. We are grateful for the service from the sales team, we have worked with Chase, Tyler, Randy, Hai and even Darren the owner. I have not experienced one person who goes out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Jason, Nicky, and Durand. The parts department Don has been very kind and getting parts we need. I think the mechanics deserve credit as well because I feel they do things right and that matters cause I don’t feel comfortable taking our vehicles anywhere else.

We brought our Dodge Ram ProMaster 2500 in for a service appointment we thought we scheduled the night before with the automated text scheduler. They didn't have us in the computer, but Durand gave us a quick diagnostic anyway, and he clearly explained every idiosyncrasy of our transmission. He promptly gave us confidence that nothing was wrong and cleared the dash code so we could carry on with our road trip through the steep mountains of I-70. I just want to thank him for his professionalism and for being kind enough to serve us in spite of the service schedule being backed up for months.

Here to pickup some Mopar parts I have ordered online. And so far, I'm not to impressed with the customer service. The cleanliness's is great though. The parts department is hiding in the back of the dealership though. But very easy to find. Now, not to try and spend more money on my jeep.

Just called and spoke to Seth in parts. Even though he didn't have the part my husband needed, he went above and beyond to search for a dealer who does have it. I can't express to you how grateful we are for this. Being on the road and something goes wrong with your vehicle is stressful enough...Seth really showed kindness and amazing customer service. Thanks for all your help Seth.

Christopher Dodge is sooo awesome! I have just bought my SECOND vehicle this year. Zach and Hai are the best. Zach lined me up with some options to choose and Hai helped us get our truck without breaking our budget. He even added some perks. A wonderful dealership to do business with!!!

In town from TX & needed the fuel filters changed. I was dreading wasting valuable vacation time at a dealership/service shop. Durand & his team had us in & out in less than an hour. We couldn't even get calls back from other places &/or couldn't get us in for a week. Everyone was friendly, pricing was competitive, & facility was very clean. We were very impressed!

Wife and I were on vacation and our Diesel Wrangler Rubicon decided to start dumping oil all over the ground. Nicky in the Service department took care of our Jeep. They got it repaired and back to us in record time and we were able to continue with our vacation. Thank you so much to Nicky and Service Department!

Do not waste your time setting foot in this dealership. Worst customer service you will ever receive. I came into Christopher Dodge on Friday, July 7th at 11am to look at a 2022 Dodge Challenger. I was never treated as badly by any car dealership as I was at Christopher Dodge. I can say that I have never been treated so badly by ANY BUSINESS. I am 60 years old and retired so I have had plenty of experience with car dealerships. I came in to pay cash for the Challenger and wanted to test drive the Challenger on the showroom floor. The General Manager immediately came down and berated the salesman and myself for even suggesting that I could test drive a showroom car. He told me that” we don’t just let people drive these cars for fun”. Those were his exact words. He told me “you have been in here before, you have to agree on numbers before you can drive the car”. This was the first time I had ever set foot in this dealership. I’m not sure who he thought I was but I had never been into this place before. So I guess they want you to purchase the car before you get to drive the car. Was it because I came in to the dealership in shorts and a t-shirt that he pre-judged me? Did I look like I couldn’t afford the car so he thought he could talk down to me? I will say that after this experience I will make sure that anyone I know will never buy or have a vehicle serviced at this dealership.

Because they are all under one business, unfortunately my review reflects everyone, even though my issues are only with the Collision Department. I have been trying to get a window and mirror replaced with them since May (it's now August) and they still can't get it done. They're nice, but not very professional or helpful. I've asked for a manager to get involved now, and he can't be bothered to call me back or reply to the emails he's cc'd on, where he can clearly see his team is doing NOTHING to resolve the issues they've caused. I have given them chance after chance, and have avoided leaving this review, since I love the Service Department. I'm not sure I'll ever do business with the Collision Department again. Just awful!
