I traveled to my Scentsy: World Tour conference at the Denver Marriot West hotel in Golden, Colorado and I will never forget the kindness I experienced there! They treated me like I was a person and not just someone who is giving them money for a hotel room. The managers helped me and were very polite! I would definitely recommend getting a room through their official site! 5+ stars!Rooms: The rooms are very open and are actually cleaned daily, unless you request for it not to be.Safety: There are extra precautions when it comes to the safety and well-being of their guests, including a way to block anyone from entering your hotel room!Food & drinks: The food is amazing, especially breakfast! There is an on-site bar inside the hotel!

This building is somewhat bewilderingly designed; I am not awesome at navigating buildings at baseline but I think my rate of getting lost in it was higher than average, lol. The lounge was a bit disappointing by comparison to every other Marriott I've been to that had one at all but I think the various other food-related loyalty perks definitely made up for it (see below on food). Employees were all lovely and helpful and competent. Definitely coming back here if I can next time I need to be in Denver.Rooms: Beds were fine; view over Denver was beautiful.Food & drinks: The creamy mushroom soup thing at the bistro was FABULOUS; the brussels sprouts were too salty, but honestly at the price point I'm not even mad, it was impressively cheap for a hotel bar. I was also extremely charmed by the assortment of brand loyalty food occurrences: the cute little romantic plate of macarons, which I had a lovely time consuming while gazing fondly at my husband via video chat and telling him about my conference experience so far! the fun wine tasting event with excellent hors d'oeuvres! the breakfast buffet, which is $22 without the loyalty credits (yikes) but very impressive as free(ish) breakfasts go!

I had a great stay here with fair rates and solid rooms. David and Jose at the front desk were amazing and super accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. The service truly was above and beyond!

Traveled here for work, I’ll start with the good :)I requested to switch rooms at 1am when the person in the room next door woke me up from their snoring! They switched me right away! That was the good! The not so good:I requested late check out my last day and it was granted, I had my do not disrupt sign on the door and house keeping went in and I know they did because when I went to check out I found my purse open and slide behind the tv in my room. I brought this up to the front desk and they just said oh sorry about that…. That’s it. No accountability, nothing. So that was disappointing. I luckily had my wallet with me in my meeting, but still a super violation of privacy.Walls were paper thin so I could hear everything, TV, snoring, people out in the halls etc.My first room wasn’t nice, I had two queens so luckily the hairs were only on one and I was able to use the other, the bathroom was dirty and the rooms in general just feel dated and not as clean as you’d expect (note my second room did feel cleaner but was still dated).Breakfast is $23 and it’s essentially a continental breakfast (not good) and the coffee was bad. It’s a long drive from the airport and there is no shuttle so it was about $110 for an Uber (I know this varies based on time of day)The meeting space we had was nice and was set up well but not sure how much of that was my co-workers and how much was the hotel staff. We don’t get coffee because it was $14 per person / per day (which is crazy for how bad the coffee was)Rooms: Dated and not as clean as you’d expect.Safety: Can just walk in and out and go up or down the elevator at your leisure and housekeeping went into my room and through my things on this trip.

Check in ladies were amazing. But the bartenders refused to serve my mom and I. We didn't recieve a smile, a hello, a water or a menu while we were sitting at the bar which wasn't even full. They wouldn't even look at us but were serving people who just walked in. We ended up ordering room service and part of our order was missing. I ended up driving in the middle of a storm due to the disrespectful rude bartenders on the night of February 3rd 2024.

The staff at this Marriott were SO friendly! The rooms were pretty standard for a Marriott hotel. It's right off the highway, just as your leaving Denver. Perfect place to stay if you get into Denver late and are driving out to the slopes early the next morning.Food & drinks: They have breakfast but it is not complimentary. They also have a little snack shop next to the register - a little pricey but perfect if you're in a pinch.

One of the most disappointing Marriott property stay as titanium members. Lobby area was updated but overall hotel room was tired with small bathroom and noisy heater/aircon. There was a frozen water pipe burst and huge ventilation fans were everywhere. Check-in which was usually a breeze with mobile pre check-in took forever with inexperienced staff. We did not understand in hotel dining for dinner (to scan QR code) or breakfast. Lounge was not open over the weekend which was unfortunate and staff could not explain effectively why titanium members were not offered complimentary or even a breakfast voucher. We even offered to exchange the points offered for lounge closure. And only 1 coffee pod for 2 person in the room! Guess this Marriott property is tight on budget. Many hotel options in Denver, so not our choice for the next stay.

My husband and I had to find a room quick because of the temperature and our power went out. We checked in and got to our room, the next day I woke up with marks that looked like bed bug bites. My husband went to the front desk to try to change our reservation for the next day and get a refund to go elsewhere, but everyone we spoke to said we can’t get a refund since we ordered through Expedia. Upon contacting Expedia they stated that we needed to reach out to the manager at the store which we were unable to accomplish. The room was filthy and there was a blood stain on the mattress (no I’m not a crazy person that expects perfection from a hotel, but this was one that was not even wet vaccuumed and was still crusty)We toughed it through the next night and I felt the need to bring this up because for not even having free continental breakfast at the rate of $150 per night. I don’t expect perfection, but this was Ludacris. I want a refund and I apparently will not be receiving this so I just wanted to let you everyone know. Here are a few photos to see.

Tonight was the best customer service experience I have ever received. My friend has indulged too much and he needed a safe place to stay. My husband was not being understanding and didn’t want our friend to stay in our room. I went down to the front desk and voiced my concerns and Sophia offered us a significant discount on a room to ensure that our friend was taken care of. She was kind, compassionate and accommodating. I have never experienced someone as gracious as her in the customer service industry. She deserves to be promoted and recognized for her hard work and compassion. I’m so grateful for her. Please give Sophia the recognition she deserves.Safety: Sophia took the care of my friend very seriously and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure everyone in my party was taken care of.

First off, no liners in the trash cans when we checked in and no kleenex? My wife won the room from her company for being a top performer and they still tried to charge us for it. Then found out breakfast wasn't included. This hotel sucks.
