I had a return of a purchase I made over a month ago because the gift was too small for the intended recipient. They didn't give me a hard time or anything. Of course, I had my receipt & the purchase was still in its original packaging, but kuddos to them for making it an easy return. I will definitely shop here again.

Duluth's quality is good and the Golden location is well stocked and service is good. I would say overpriced - I only buy things on sale there. The problem with Duluth is if you order online. Expect at least a week for your item to get sent out and another week to arrive. We had a package prepared with a shipping label but PO never got it and I had to call to fix the problem 3 weeks later. Customer service was good to fix the problem, but 2nd try took 2 weeks more. Makes no sense to have such slow shipping these days- its not going by horse and buggy. I will get things in store but not order online anymore from Duluth.
