My rental was clean, and they gave me a car comparable to the car I usually drive. The employees had great customer service and Jordan went above and beyond. My car was being serviced for two months waiting for parts and the employees were great about it. Very impressed.

Very rude man who was not in the least helpful to try to figure out best rates and kept ordering me in a demanding voice that I look at the calendar in my phone and pick my own dates that they change all the time. I was asking for a 4 week rental and apparently he was not interested enough to be helpful.

Excellent customer service after a mechanical error left me on I-25. They did everything possible to get me an Uber, who drove me out for another vehicle at DIA. The service at DIA was great and took care of me from there.

Despite the one hour wait for my vehicle upon pickup, agent reduced the total cost of my rental charges upon return. An excellent way to regain customer service satisfaction as I would conduct business at this location for future rentals.

I’ve used Enterprise for years, I booked a reservation last month, didn’t think it would be an issue since I have been able to rent a car several times before. I get a call THE DAY before my reservation to be informed because of a new policy I need to bring proof of income if I pay with a debit card otherwise I can pay with a major credit card. Unfortunately I don’t have a way to get the proof of income less than 24 HOURS before I’m meant to pick up the car. I completely understand this policy what I don’t understand is why you would wait until the day before to let people know about the policy. It was not mentioned when I made the reservation otherwise I wouldn’t have made it in the first place. Just poor communication with this place. The guy on the phone pretends to be sympathetic but really isn’t. I had made plans to see my dad that I haven’t seen in over 2 years now I don’t know when I’ll get to see him again. Thanks a lot for being rude and unsympathetic. Had to edit because you would think when I told them on the phone I cannot provide the requirements for renting a car in a DAYS notice they still didn’t even cancel the reservation. Good thing I checked my email and canceled it myself. This branch basically nothing but incompetent employees. Have to edit again because of the generic response here from the “owner” about needing more detail I’m pretty sure if you read my review you have all the detail you need.

I am so happy with the service at this location. To call out one of their wonderful employees, Zack was the most considerate customer service rep. I had to wait for a car for an hour and a half, on no fault of Enterprise, and in the meantime, Zack offered us drinks and popcorn. He stayed 45 minutes after their closing time that day to ensure that the other woman waiting with me and myself both received vehicles that day. All of their cars are very nice and clean when you recieve them and if there are any notice lights on, such as tire pressure, etc. they are already aware of the issue and have deemed the vehicle safe to drive. They are also very good about answering the phone. Great team they have there.

Today I went to pick up a reserved car by my insurance company, guy who attended me denied me the service because I brought my instruction permit to identify myself, he said only driver license is accepted to pick up a vehicles. There was a guy I front of me that had no drivers license to pick up a car and they accepted him a different proof of identity, when I asked to use my passport to pick up my reserved vehicle guy who attended me said "only dl is accepted like form of id" why they allowed the other guy to pick up a rented car whit no drivers license and why they denied me the service if I brought my instruction permit issued by the colorado dmv like a proof of identity, I offered my passport like proof of identity as well but they denied me the service, no matter I already had a reservation. Now I have a lot of problems because they denied me the service and there is nothing o can do.

The folks here are always helpful and courteous. We live nearby and this is our go-to location for a car rental.

Car was good price was good. Friendly staff. But why do I have to put down a $300 deposit when I've bought the coverage that literally lets me drive the car off a cliff? Just seems dumb.

My experience with you was great the 2 women that helped me were very friendly and was very supportive of why I was renting the care I can’t remember their names but they both deserve a five star ⭐️ thanks for being so convenient and helpful

The 2 agents who helped were outstanding. We were in a serious bind. I made an online reservation from the repair shop, however, when we arrived, there were no vehicles available ?? (a lot of just returned vehicles had hail damage and they're not allowed to rent damaged vehicles. The first agent offered to drive us home & pick us up the next morning. The other agent (a manager) took over and found a higher priced car, but didn't charge us for the increase. Great customer service!
