I wanted consider shipping a box of books to China and needed lots of information to decided whether or not to do it. The FedEx team member Jacquelyn was exceptionally patient and helpful and friendly digging out information and helping me decide how best to ship. I felt guilty taking a lot of extra time by deciding to do it one way and another, changing my mind a couple of times. She was always patient and good natured and solved all problems. I want to give her a gold star.

I made a very simple shipment from this location. It never got to where it was going. A week after shipping I found out it was lost, either at this location or the place it was going next. I went back to this shop to get answers. They called Fedex and assured me Fedex would created a claim and would reach out to me. That apparently never happened. A week later I called Fedex to track down the package, no claim, no pro-active communication.

If you live in Golden, do not get anything delivered by FedEx. The drivers out of this "Station" regularly skip making deliveries that require signatures, saying you weren't there, so they don't have to get out of the truck. I stay awake for hours (I work graveyard) waiting to sign for my refrigerated medicine, just to get a text saying the delivery was attempted. I've been sitting 3 feet from the door for 4 hours waiting for it, then look out the window to see the driver driving away. No door tag, obviously, since no attempt is made. Multiple calls to complain to FedEx don't accomplish anything, and I can't use a different carrier because the only pharmacy that ships my medicine only uses FedEx. I've lived in Golden 8 months, in 8 deliveries, 5 have been listed as "attempted to deliver", no attempt was made any of those times. Twice on a Friday, causing my express refrigerated medicine to go bad over the weekend.If your having any kind of important medicine delivered, these FedEx drivers might just kill you.Stay away from this store, too. If this is the "Station" as the FedEx customer service states, maybe losing business over their drivers unreliability (Amazon THIRD PARTY drivers have never done this), will actually make them do something about it.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Their printer at their printing station was broken and printed the pages I needed with parts missing (ink and alignment was messed up). When I asked for a refund the manager (I think Anna) said I needed a receipt for a refund. The station didn't print me receipt. I had to wait 20 minutes until she figured out how to get me a receipt. Once I finally got a receipt she said she would only refund me for the printing, not the online time I paid for (which the only reason I was online was to print documents). She also refused to give me back my confidential bank documents. I also have not received my refund for this fiasco. She was also super rude and condescending. I will never step foot in here ever again.

Jen and the custom full-service printing team are awesome here.They get with the program and make it easy by providing an email and enabling you to order things over the phone with your credit card

Scanner does not work at this location. Was at the store 3 weeks ago and scanning also did not work, today same thing. Staff seemed disinterested to provide assistance or get it fixed
