I will NEVER step foot in this location! The manager on duty tonight was asked for a discount off a Victoria Secret sweat suit in blue tonight. And as she said, "she goes UGH Black People." My niece is 16. She did NOTHING WRONG except stand there quietly, folding my purchases! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE LADY AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. IT WAS NOT MORGAN T IT WAS HER MANAGER!

Very good experiece. Found several items I bought. Store has much improved the last few months Employees were friendly and available to help if needed . Store was organized and items were easy to find. A really good experience . Would recommend to anyone who enjoys secondhand shopping.

Wow! This store must be under new management because it has completely turned around in the last few months. It's cleaner, more organized, the quality of merchandise has improved, and the staff just seems happier. This used to be the last store I would go to on my rounds, now it's the first, such a relief since it's the closest Goodwill to my home.

They are being picky on free donations to them. They want only what is of higher value. If it’s not in perfect condition it is trash to them.

Worst Goodwill experience ever staff was incredibly rude and dismissive kept interrupting me and being less than compassionate. Will NEVER return. Would NOT recommend.

They're using the fitting rooms for storage and told me there is no plan to change that. I won't be going back even though this is my local goodwill. Absolutely ridiculous to expect people to buy clothes without trying them on. Oh but you can return within two weeks... for store credit. Gimme a break.

Feb 24' I Have been shopping here for 2 years, probably 1-2 times month. In the last 6 mos this goodwill it has gone steadily downhill to 2 days ago which will definitely be my last visit. Just Laughably overpriced low quality items there now. Potential inventory getting cherry picked hard by employees. Don't even bother. May 24' Update: the automated stock response from goodwill below ⬇️⬇️⬇️for an extra dose of "we don't care about our customers"

Needed slacks and jeans. Spent almost an hour selecting pairs to try on for fit. Then they said we are not allowed to try on clothes!. No fitting rooms. Nope can’t use the restroom. They said I could buy them and had two weeks to return them! No way, I was headed for the mountains and had no intention of taking pants up there to see if they would fit, and then to have to come back from the mountains and return them if they didn’t. Won’t be shopping here again.

This goodwill shared customer information with employees who added my friend on social media and sent her messages regarding items she listed on market place. Buying from goodwill and selling things for a profit is legal. Yet the employees, including Nicole Droel, added her and had her fiancée send requests about items. DO NOT GO HERE. Way overpriced. The superviser (blonde middle aged guy with long hair) was nasty and aggressive when I asked to buy a piece of furniture. The chair was stained in the area someone sits (ew) and I asked to buy this chair for $20. He told me he will not go lower than $25 and that I should be "lucky" it is not higher. Overpriced and arrogant. Go to Arc thrift store instead.
