The owner introduced herself to me while attending the same class(locally owned). The teachers learn your name. It’s a welcoming space for a newbie.”

“This is a nice looking gym on the college of mines campus. There is no free parking here during the week, so if you are visiting make sure you have a parking permit or authorization before you show up. The gym was being used for packet pickup during the time we where there.”

“Assisted stretching truly improved flexibility and lessened tightness after long-term chronic left leg issues (25 years of Meniscus repair, ACL repair and under anesthesia re-manipulation, Bacterial infection into bone and finally knee replacement PT) concluded. Much appreciated, Stretch Lab, for the long needed relief after just 1 session. Decided to become a member so continued improvement in flexibility can lead to my best life.”
