Unfortunately I am leaving Teresa and Abby a poor review on customer service at this location. I've been trying to deal with a damaged door We received three months ago. I have left them five messages and have never received a call back or any updates. I tried to be patient with them, but I've given up. I understand that Home Depot is a big box store and they don't need to provide good customer service but this is a little ridiculous.

Customer service sucks, not enough sales people on the floor to help customers. The young employees are the worst with their attitudes. The older employees are the friendly, helpful ones that know what's happening.

For some reason I don't care for this Home Depot much. I think it is the access from my job site in Golden. Everybody that works there is very kind if not somewhat hard to find. I must say they do generally have everything I'm looking for as a bathroom remodel person.

I usually have a very good experience at Home Depot, no matter which location. This store is clean, organized, and friendly. Prices are reasonable, help is usually nearby, and returns are a breeze.If you want to be able to locate specific items without asking for help, get the HD app. It will tell you exactly what aisle and shelf to find things. It's actually very useful!

I had to use my drivers license to make a return since items were not found in their system using my credit card. Then only three of the four items I was returning, or allowed to be returned with the fourth item being denied. No reason for the denial other than the clerk saying “maybe it was the price “on a $27 item.So later, I had to go to my Home Depot app, pull up that specific purchase, where I purchased the fourth item, find it, and give that to the counter. They eventually returned the item.The receipt said that item was purchased on the credit card I gave them. And all the other items were on that receipt as well.So now I have one return logged against my credit card, saying that I didn’t have a receipt when it was really in their system the whole time. That’s a little bit frustrating.

Jody in appliances went the extra mile and helped connect me with a local store that carried the part I needed. I considered giving 4 stars only since I was told by other employees that the part ‘should’ be on the HD website but there was no record of the manufacturer specific part per my own search. They did refer me to Jody which was their saving grace. Yay, JODY!!!

I Just ran in and got what I needed and ran out. My son and his dad went and spent almost 3 hrs there because we are remodeling our bathroom and he said after an hour they started to be followed and then security was following them. Now Depot Just because someone takes a min to shop doesn't mean they are bad people. He had my son 14 yrs old with him for goodness sakes. Talk about uncomfortable shopping.

Buyer beware. Do not believe the line of "if anything goes wrong with your purchase, it'll be repaired or replaced, no questions asked!" Home Depot protection plans appear to be a scam. If you ever need to "use" it you will be met with apathy and incompetence. My family spent $1,000.00, between the appliance and protection plan (LG washer). We have now spent almost 3 months without a functioning washer. Adding up all the missed days of work and hours on the phone, the extra money spent to "protect" this product has been clearly waisted. The only thing Home Depot seems to be protecting are their own interests. Do yourself a favor and save your money, even better yet, shop for appliances elsewhere.

Absolutely worst experience. Please do not order from these people for delivery. They were supposed to deliver an oven to my house, sent a window of time of when, then randomly said “sorry we missed you” my husband and I had been awake and home all day, since 6 am. They never called or knocked or anything. An absolute scam. Horrible customer service. They said they’d reach out in 24-48 hours to “help” and they never did. I cannot believe it. I rarely write bad reviews but these people are awful.

This Golden Home Depot beats a lot of the others in the area! I had a large remodel project this past summer so spent quite a bit of time at this store. Great customer service and always ready to help! Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood!

HATEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Refused to get a store manager.I had an issue with a "worker" who would not listen, proceded to cut the wrong door trim. The designs were different. He he said "well, its close enough". Well, NO ITS NOT, and its not your house. I walked out. DON'T TREAT A FEMALE LIKE WE'RE STUPID.

Don't go here to trap I buy plants every single time. Just joking this home depot's awesome staff is nice. I'll always help you find something and they have everything you need. Very convenient store.

I ordered some tools on line for curbside pickup and the website said they had them in stock but after paying for them for in store pickup suddenly they're out of stock and now I'm looking at 10 daysbefore I can get my tos or a refund also I waited 15 .i s on hold just to be hung up on when i got through . Will definitely be complaing to anyone who will listen
