This is a review for the Bakery Department Decorator: Thank you for being so thoughful and kind withour last minute request from Jeffco Schools for our student! We looked into several King Soopers and found out that all the King Soopers decorators are off on Weds, Thurs, or both! So our request to add congratualtions to a cake that was needed by Thursday was looking grim. Fortunately the decorator at Golden who got off at 3pm and also did not work Thursdays saved the day by adding school colors and also the personlization.

I really think that we were both having an off day this day because I have dealt with this pharmacist before and since and it has been delightful. So I am adjusting my score accordingly. Thank you guys for being so wonderful!

This King Soopers has very good and fresh produce but the interaction i commonly have with some of the staff make me want to shop elsewhere. One manager in particular named Jordan is very unprofessional and rude.

It's just another commercialized grocery store with overpriced items and associates that don't really care. Gone are the days of building rapport with the grocers.

Ever since the pandemic I've avoided this store, even though it's less than 1/2 mile from my home, because of various reasons. I never feel comfortable shopping here, never have what I need EVER, and the staff ok at best. Today, I had to grin and bear it to go there and get meds for my husband since my normal location was closed. The pharmacy keeps what I needed behind the counter, totally understandable but Grace, the awful clerk that assisted me was RUDE, gave me dirty looks as she questioned my purchase. I had my ID ready due to having to provide it before for the meds I was in need of. After using it, she threw it back at me and gave another look as if I had ulterior motives, asked for and then wrote MY phone number on the bag I was taking with me and said it was "in case I left it up front and forgot it". I have no idea what gave her any idea I would be leaving it or why the need was there to be so rude! I went because my husband needed meds that would stop his nose from running and constant sneezing. Not a clue nor did I give any reason for her grotesque attitude and nasty demeanor. Yet another reason I won't shop at my neighborhood store. Ugh, it's too bad. This used to be a GREAT store with great staff, not sure what happened but I'd rather go out of my way and head to Evergreen and shop. They still have staff help bag groceries which was an unneeded and pleasant surprise. I'm glad there are still a few nice and friendly grocery clerks out there. I'll be sure to share my experience with my neighbors and let them know where the good ones are at.

It’s ok. I do come here for the produce but I feel their prices have sky rockets in the past 6 months. Almost comparable to Whole Foods or target

Deli manager was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure my sons birthday food was perfect. I absolutely loved her work ethic. I believe her name was Gretchen and she was a STAR!!!!

Emlployees at this location are always helpful and kind. Management really cares about their customers. Wont shop at any other King Soopers!

You have quite a few cash registers and only have 2 people checking out shoppers with a large amount of items in their carts. Not everyone rhat shops at this store lives a block away and can shop here daily. Also, zero people helping to bag groceries...your checker want you out of the area so she can wait on next person in line and you have 2 items left to bag ...no matter if you are 90 years old or 30 years old, you are going to do this arduous task on your own. Imagine shopping by yourself, a large basket purchase and you are expected to pay and bag everything yourself and load it in your vehicle. With the high grocery prices you would think King Soopers could afford to employ a bagger.

Tyler sales associate with long hair and glasses, working at checkout was extremely rude and impatient while waiting for me to pull up my digital ID because the process took so long due to the poor WiFi connection/ service reception, Tyler states " alright I'm going to take these I'm not selling them to you guys" after my friend had shown her ID as she was the one purchasing them. Mind you we are both 23 years old and were polite and even apologized that it was taking so long. When I finally got my ID to pull up he goes "I already told you I am not selling them to you". Honestly save your time and buy your stuff elsewhere because clearly there is a lack of patience and courtesy from those who are supposed to be the face of this business. Let me tell you I work in healthcare and if I would've ever treated somebody like that, I would've lost my job.
