First and foremost I was absolutely amazed by the incredible accommodating staff, who all presented wonderful kindness, great information and knowledge about each vehicle and overall made this experience phenomenal and now a treasured memory, not only for my nephew's birthday but for everyone who got to experience it with him. Thank you greatly. This was by far one of the most wonderful experiences we've gotten and my daughter enjoyed herself fully with her cousin. In her own words "best day ever" even she got to enjoy the experience and my gratitude is unmeasurable for you all. Thank you again, highly recommend this amazing company.

First off this is the first review I have ever written for anything but I felt it deserves one. My 16 year old son and I experienced the 105 mile tour together on a long week end car excursion to Denver for a car reveal. I was expecting to see some well used super cars that we would be driving in a line at highway speeds and being told no and careful a lot. Instead we were meet with friendly informative staff that answered lots of questions about the cars while treating us and everyone else on the tour with respect and enthusiasm. The cars where great examples of their brands used but not abused and we were able to get a great feel for their capabilities, the tour path was breath takingly beautiful and the canyon roads where a perfect stomping ground for cars like this. We actually took our Porsche through them again when we were done so my son could drive them hard too. If you love cars or even slightly like cars you won't be disappointed in this experience If you are in the market for a car like these what a great way to experience them before you buy. All in all it was a money well spent!

I really wish I had read all these reviews about customer service before getting this package.Back in February we contacted them letting them know we were a small business - coming from out of town - and wanted to do something nice for our employees. They recommended a package they were selling online, so I got it.I was a bit concerned when I saw that the online transaction was actually a "gift card" and that they didn't give refunds, and that a weather could mean we'd have to reschedule instead. But, I figured, they wouldn't screw me over since I had told them specifically we were from out of town, right? This is what they recommended in that circumstance. Plus, I could move up our time if it looked like weather would be a problem (we were scheduled for the last day of our business trip).Fortunately, the weather would work out perfect. By the time of our scheduled trip, the roads were completely clear and we were driving through the same roads we were to drive on in our cars. So I had no thought about having to reschedule to something else. We started driving to the start that afternoon (2pm), excited to our adventure, when we get a call from them 15 minutes before our start time. The woman apologies profusely, saying something about how she just got there and there was no one else there. She said they wouldn't be able to bring out the cars, and she was very apologetic so I didn't grill her on exactly what happened. She offered to reschedule at which point I started to get worried, but fortunately, when I told her it was now the last day of our trip, she said nicely that she'd have the owner call us back for our refund. That call never came. Then we wrote, chatted, emailed, called, left messages, etc., for months, until we finally got someone on the phone. Of course, you guessed it, they now say that it's a gift card and there's nothing they could do.I explained that this was their recommendation for out of towners, that they knew this was the last day of our trip when we had no time left to reschedule, and they cancelled on us 15 minutes before our scheduled time for no good reason. She said she'd have the owner call back, and of course that hasn't happened. As of now, we're still out $1700 bucks. So shady, and so anti-customer.

This was truly a bucket list experience, driving a McLaren 570 through Golden Gate Canyon. The car was incredible and the team was first rate. I can't wait to drive a different car up the canyon.

2nd time back and I don't think we will return. One of the cars (Lambo) should have never been on the road and should have been in the shop but they told us it was a $2000 part and they were going to make the investment to repair. Everyone on the tour was disappointed with this 7+ year old car that had a strong smell gas in the The crew who took us out twas great. Also, if you get a certificate just understand when they add the gratuity they add 20% to the retail price. Also the McLaren which was my favorite car was in the shop. They told me a first the owner was going to allow his car out ( day before the trip) and when we showed up they told me the owners car was in the shop.Lastly - nothing they could have done but I wouldn't recommend a weekend drive. We got rescheduled due to Covid and the traffic took a little away from the experience. Again, not their issue but advice if anyone wants to work with this organization.

Horrible customer service. My tour got rescheduled to an earlier time but I never got the email or voicemail letting me know. I show up and they tell me they called and emailed. I explained I got nothing from them. They rescheduled me but the lack of customer service is appalling. A 30 minute joy ride ain't worth putting up with this business.

Do it! Megan helped me schedule for two larger groups and every single person loved it! Scheduling and planning was easy, Megan was great to work with, helped accommodate last minute changes and answered all of my questions. Drivers felt like they truly got to drive the cars and would all do it again. Money well spent, thank you for creating the memories!

Really, it was just meh. Yeah so I drove a Mclaren. Great. I've driven a car on the autobahn faster than on this tour. It wasn't a Mclaren but I can say I've done 140mph and not risked a ticket or jail. I got the 25 mile tour or whatever it was and it's an out and back, not a loop. You go to Golden Gate park, take a few pictures, and go back the way you came. At least it was a nice day for a car without a top. I brought a friend who I had to pay extra for even though my husband was told when he bought the gift certificate it included a rider. Fine. No biggie. It was a good conversation with a friend. Plus I ditched work and since I hate my job, it worked. I feel like there is a lot of bait and switch here. First I was told to ask my insurance if they covered it and was told I can get a policy through them if didn't. My insurance doesn't cover this and they don't offer a rider policy so I spent the entire time worrying if there was a wreck, would I end up homeless to pay for damages. Plus he states he was told one thing when he bought it and another thing when I made the reservation. Since the tip was mentioned on the lanyard was 85$ or 20% of the ride, I'm going to assume it did include a rider and I ended up double paying.Would I do this again? No freaking way. It's not worth it. Maybe if it was a loop or something but I'm also not going to pony up and see what the longer ride looks like.
