Shelbi at Golden Mac & PC repair did an excellent job. My laptop refused to charge. Best Buy told me I needed a new laptop. Took it to Shelbi and she fixed the problem for less than $200. Thank you for saving me at least $1200.

Quick, friendly, straight forward, and reasonably priced. Had some hard drive troubles and Shelbi helped me retrieve my data and offered a number of options to get me rolling within a short timeline. Discussions with Shelbi suggest that she has a great deal of expertise. I will return for any future concerns with my software and hardware issues.

They were prompt in diagnosing my laptop and clearly explained everything giving me a couple of choices. Repair took a little while but that was due to parts availability and Dell shipping a bad battery. The communication from Shelbi was great through the whole process and in the end my laptop was back up and running much better.

Quick and easy! They were able to deliver before the original estimated date. The following up a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was working. Great!

My MacBook Air's battery stopped charging, so I took it in for a replacement. It was ready for pick up within a few work days, but unfortunately did not run at normal speed. I contacted Shelbi the next day, and she didn't hesitate to order another battery. Shelbi was super professional and communicative, took time to test it out and send me videos of her experience on my device. The shipping time for each battery was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but Shelbi took the time to make sure the issue was resolved fully.
