Nick and his team at Press Play Integration, LLC are true professionals. The bottom line is make it easy on yourself and stop researching – just give them a call and hire them. In an age of advanced technology that can be daunting to keep up with, their team made the process seamless and fun. They reviewed our space and discussed our overall goals. Then they provided multiple options that would meet our objectives. I even reviewed their prices and found them incredibly competitive and, in many instances, cheaper than the competition. They kept an eye out for any potential changes in prices and notified me immediately. They worked with me on pricing throughout the entire process. We had many delays in our construction and Nick and his team were completely understanding. They even came to help do work on the weekends, which just speaks to how easy they are to work with. At the end of the day, we have an amazing home theater. I have no reservations and strongly recommending them. We will certainty ask for their services for any future projects. Nick and John were simply amazing. The fee is a bit high but time is money and you get what you pay for. They hooked up my existing receiver/cd/record player to the existing HTD system and in-house ceiling speakers in the home. This includes 3 sources with 7 zones.
The tv audio surround wasn’t working the next day and John came back out and spent the time to get it right. Both Nick and John made sure I was happy and understood how to use everything; the Sonos app, the HTD app, the tv audio surround sound, record player, cd player, and how to switch sources and zones. I can play the cd player on one zone and a radio station or Apple Music in another zone. Mind blown!

Press Play is first class. Very customer service focused and practical. We did a huge remodel of our home that included complete AV deployment both inside and out. I switched to full streaming TV solution with faster internet and save -$200 monthly on internet and TV service provider. They not only installed all aspects of the project on time, on budget but also came out multiple times to ensure our training and understanding of how the system works and steps to follow to fully utilize all aspects of the systems.
I would not hesitate to recommend Presa Play to any potential customer considering an AV overhaul or new implementation.

I HIGHLY recommend Press Play for all audio/video installation! First of all, I have used several other A/V companies around town for my home theater, and the experiences were horrible to say the least. Press Play was by far the best experience I’ve had. Nick was great at communicating throughout, and by advising me on what I needed to do to my home theater to get the best experience. Was always available by a quick call or text. Dan, John, and Scott did the install and did a wonderful job with the installation of my Crowson actuators and Savant setup. They were meticulous with the install and were very informative throughout, answering all of my questions and educating me on my system. I will definitely be using them for any upgrades going forward and with my next custom built home and theater!

Nick and his team at Press Play exceeded our expectations! Nick was diligent in quoting our bid for wiring, speakers, internet and TVs, and more so patient as we moved back into our renovated home. He understood all that was necessary, while keeping us up to date on pricing (and sales!) to make sure our quote was competitive. We shipped around to make sure we were getting good pricing - his pricing beat out any competitors (Geek Squad / Best Buy), and his customer service FAR surpassed them. Thanks, Nick!
