Personable and knowledgeable staff! I've not run in about ten years due to spinal injury and hip replacement. Explained my concerns and limitations and Aby suggested a pair of runners. Ran 2.5 miles out of the box with no issues! Runner's Roost Golden will definitely be my go- to store when these sneaks need to be replaced!

Oh my gosh, I hate to give one star reviews, but I had come into runners roost because I was directed to by my podiatrist and I called in advance to make sure that this location would be able to help given my issue. He said yes come on down and sure enough when I got here he directed me to a shoe that I knew specifically was not good for my condition and I asked him about it and he told me he didn’t even know what a neroma was so unfortunately, I did my due diligence in advance and they couldn’t help and that was a huge bummer

When I first saw the name Runner's Roost, I had a moment of doubt—was I about to walk into a crowd of ultra-athletes debating energy gels and judging my spending habits? Thankfully, the vibe was totally different! Kate, busy stocking shoes, greeted me and asked what brought me in. I explained that I only hate getting fat more than I hate running. She checked out my current shoes, had me jump on the treadmill, took a quick video to analyze my gait, and just like that—new shoes! I didn’t even bother looking for a better deal online; I knew I’d found the perfect pair.

Great shop! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient salespeople. Didn’t have the shoe color my wife wanted in stock in Golden, so they had it shipped to our home in the mountains from another location for free. Great experience, highly recommended.

Amazing shop with knowledgeable and kind employees. The weekly run club is an amazing community to join for all levels and plus you’ll get so much free stuff from sponsors (I got some free Hokas) and free beer.
