They'll raise your rent frequently. Long term storage seekers are recommended to look else where. In three years I've been raised 4 times. Started out at 125... just got an email stating the next hike will be to 259.

The manager Josh has been extremely rude not helpful he is a hot head. Not sure if the company is okay with him smelling like heavy liquor and weed. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone in the office half the time and the blinds and door is always shut. Office smells like weed all the time which I thought is very unprofessional. The young kid I believe who is his assistant is actually the easiest one to deal with and when speaking to him about these issues, he did agree about Josh’s behavior and that it’s not okay. I will be reaching out to higher-ups or corporate to have this discussion with them, and I will be moving out of my unit very soon. This place is a joke And the manager should be Professional at all times office shouldn’t be smelling like a dispensary when I thought the place is storage.

Nice place with well kept facilities. I had no issues with management and was able to get in and out with no trouble.

I have been back and forth with my reviews of this storage site. I have to share that i was late on my storage. I was double locked wich is protocols. Well I payed my bill yesterday morning into afternoon. Plenty of time to remove the lock on my locker. As I arrived last night at around 6pm the lock had not been removed for me to get into my storage to put belongings inside. I was not happy due to the fact that they had ample time to remove the lock before days end. Well I get up to go out and bring the truck load of stuff to storage and the truck is empty of my belongings!!! I am very very unhappy at this point. I shouldn't have to call you guys every time I am locked out of my storage to make sure the lock is removed so I can get into my storage. Now im out a few thousand dollars and a new but used electric bike I just spent the last of my money buying two days prior! Sad to say but I dont know if I could recommend these guys after all. They seem helpful on there time and when its good for them. I payed the bill and should not have had to call them to do there job but in not calling and making sure they did there job and removed the lock I had to pay the price of my belongings being stolen because I could not get into my storage unit. Makes no sense to be able to get into the gate and not into my unit!!!! Thanks guys for the cost of my bike, gold mining equipment, gorilla wagon, and gorilla folding ladder!!!! Now I know i have to call to check to make sure they do there work of removing the lock before they go home. Make sure u do the same before just going to storage assuming the staff did there part in removing there over lock. Yes I admit my bill was late but I payed it in full hours before they went home. Plenty of time to remove the lock during there hourly check up on us as they do make sure to watch us like a hawk while we deal with our units. Hope this helps others so they dont end up in my shoes!!!! Golden has went down hill fast and even with locked cables i still had everything stolen!!!

I don’t know how they have good reviews. We rented a unit for 3 months after two months the price went up $100 without notice. We tried to talk to someone and no one locally could help. It was impossible to talk to anyone.
We went to take our stuff out since we couldn’t keep having the price be raised and found that rats had torn through our boxes so we had to throw a bunch of stuff out.
Don’t go here! Or any storquest.

I rented a space from this place and was very unhappy with it. I asked for rodent traps and finally got some 2 months later. We moved out 4 month's later and in one tote we found a momma and a couple baby rat carcasses. Management is as fickle as can be, tells you one thing and dose the opposite. If you are wanting a storage place please choose somewhere else.

StorQuest has hiked my storage unit rate $100 in 10 months. A 44% increase within 1 year. Unbelievable. These sorts of storage unit companies are predatory. They get you in with a low entry level price and hike it up every 6 months. Beware.
