I really don't recommend going here. After renting here for years I looked around a lot and recently moved to a different location. The main drivers were that they jacked up the prices a ton over market rate and even though I have been there for years and paid on time, they couldn't do anything for me. The other reason is that the manager, Josh, is not helpful or friendly. He does not answer the phone and it is hard to find him at the office location. I really did not enjoy the interaction I had with him, just simply unpleasant. Go somewhere else.

I just rented a unit last week because I am moving temporarily and things are not off to a good start. Their website says they are open Mondays, but I went on a Monday with a car full of stuff to pick up my lock and was greeted with a sign on the door that says they are closed Mondays (the access hours listed on the entry date are also incorrect).I went back the next day and nobody was in the office, but after I called they arrived within 5 minutes to give me my lock. My unit is inside one of the buildings, and the door to get into the hallway is smaller than the door to my apartment. I was concerned about fitting my furniture through it. I asked if there was another way in and they said there is another door that is the same size. I was able to squeeze my couch through but I can imagine other people having issues. Seems like a very poor design.A few nights later, I rented a U-haul to load my large furniture into the unit. I had been told they close at 9PM. Despite our best efforts we got to the gate to leave the facility at 9:01 PM. I punched in my code to leave and the screen said "no late exit. Denied." I called the after hours emergency number thinking someone would surely open the gate remotely and let us get out, but the recorded message said they were experiencing high call volumes and would call me back... but they NEVER did! I had to abandon my U-haul, take a Lyft home, then do the reverse in the morning to return the U-haul. What is the purpose of trapping customers inside?? I'm not sure how that is even legal to hold someone's vehicle hostage because they didn't leave on time.The unit was clean and the staff was nice but so far I think this company is ridiculous.

I recently rented a unit at this location and the manager was absolutely wonderful, She made me feel like we were old friends and she really cared about our belongings, I feel very confident about our things being over there, I don't have to worry at all I was kind of sad when we had to leave
