Couldn't understand anything the order taker was saying..... ended up in our order being completely screwed up. Also, they thre the tacos in the bag, all the tacos lost their contents. Total mess.

They always forget the sauce packets. Going to taco bell in a low point in my life and then they kick me down again by not giving me what I paid for. At least it's cheap.

I had a drive thru mobile order… went to pick it up and they didn’t have my order anymore. They gave my order to someone else…I talked to the manager and they said there was nothing they can do so now I don’t have what I ordered and I’m also out money.

Golden store has rude employees and when you ask for a receipt they get mad then you ask how much it was because you can't read it, they get mad and you have to ask how much it is.....get your machine fixed and hire some friendly help

Paying 50 dollars for 4 tacos and 4 been burritos is ridiculous for Taco Bell too over priced nowadays and definitely isn't worth your time money or stomach aches.

I ordered delivery. They forgot the fire sauce. Taco bell is extremely bland without the sauce. I called the Doordash driver, he refused to go get the sauce. Tried calling this store multiple times. Noone answers the phone. I call Doordash, they tell me i need to request a refund from Taco Bell, not thier problem. Because the store won't answer the phone, I drive down there. I asked for a manager on duty. Was told there is none. Asked why they aren't answering thier phone? It was not busy. She said she did not know how. I asked for a refund, she said she didn't know how. I asked for the store managers name, and a way to contact them. She handed me her filthy æersonal cell phone to speak with the store manager "Maria". Maria told me it was Doordash problem, get the refund from them. I told Maria, that I was told the opposite from them. She says i did not pay them, so she cant offer a fefund. I ordered through Taco Bell's mobile app. If i did not pay Taco Bell, then where did my money go. I have my reciept. Photo included. I suppose i need to file a police report with the City of Golden, contact the Attorney General for the State of Colorado, and report Yum brands to the Federal Trade Commision. See you in Jefferson County small claims court.

Went through the drive-through this evening, and the guy working the window literally threw the sauce at me when I asked him multiple times for sauce. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I went through the drive thru & got a craving package, 4 double beef burritos & 4 soft tacos. I didn’t get a receipt when I paid, got home (40 minutes away) & found out that I am missing 3 double beef burritos! So I paid $24 for 1 burrito & 4 tacos. Tried to call, phone rang 12 time, no answer & then it hung up! Last time I go to this Taco Bell! Not worth losing your money to them.
