We are so happy we chose Thrive for our son's daycare. The teachers and staff are attentive & caring. Plus they do incredibly creative activities with the little ones. He loves being there with his teachers & friends!

We've been with Thrive since our daughter was in the newborn class - now she's midway through 2s. We love every teacher she's had and she rarely even says goodbye to me at drop off - she's that thrilled to be there every day. Thrive does follow Jeffco holiday calendar though, so for a daycare, just beware. There are a few more days off during the school year than other daycares!

We currently have one infant enrolled at Thrive and we feel that she is receiving excellent care. We get regular updates on her feeding and naps and when she’s out sick they always contact us to see how she’s doing. They really seem to care. They do a great job of keeping updated on all her medical paperwork and they always seem to follow the state requirements for everything. The facilities are clean and organized but still fun for the kids. My only issue is with the steep stair climb to get in and out of the front entrance. Our daughter loves her teacher Ms. Brenda and everyone she’s had contact with at the school!

We signed up and paid 1700 dollars worth of non-refundable dollars. During the tour, there was zero mention that Thrive would not be providing food for our child. This was missed (our fault) in our information packet -- but Thrive refused to give us any portion of this deposit back. While we understand 100% nonrefundable cancellation policies, our daughter had been signed up for 1 month, and didn't start your program for another 6 months. There was no overhead, or investment, into our daughter - on top of key information being missed during the tour which would have pushed us away from signing up... This company simply only cares about their bottom line and not about doing what is right for families. Highly recommend staying away from these corporate entities that really don't care about your family.

Thrive has been an excellent school for my son. It's hard to leave your baby somewhere new, but the Teachers and Director at Thrive have always been communicative, understanding, and supportive. They also offer aftercare which is helpful if you need to work later then their typical hours. It's a great place for little ones to grow, learn and explore.

We love Thrive! The environment (indoor and outdoor) promotes great learning opportunities for our son to have both guidance and freedom to explore and learn with his peers. The teachers have great experience and training to both facilitate interactions with peers but also know when to let them have the space to learn from each one another. I love the teaching model they use and how much time they spend outdoors. We have friends at all the campuses and recommend Thrive to all of our friends who are first time parents. We cannot recommend Thrive more!

We've been at Thrive Golden for about 6 months, and we've watched our toddler blossom since joining. He absolutely loves school, and he comes home tired (and often a bit dirty!) every day. He spends a ton of time outside when weather permits, and the environment is really nurturing. They supported him while he was potty training (still has some accidents), which was really nice for us. I can also say that compared to other preschools I've been in/around over the years - my mother was a preschool teacher for 35yrs - this one is noticeably calmer than most. Instead of chaos and lots of screaming, Thrive feels extremely calm and welcoming. The kiddos are engaged and happy, and you can tell.

Great school with great teachers, great staff and great leadership. Our 3 year old son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and Thrive went above and beyond to help develop a care plan and get the training and support needed to take care of him. Both kids are now enrolled (1 & 3 years old) and they love going to see their friends and their teachers.

I sent both my boys to 5280 ECEC. My littlest one is going to kindergarten this Fall. I was involved with the school for over 4 years and have loved absolutely everything about it. The teachers are highly qualified, bright, patient and it is clear that love what they do. The classrooms are equipped with fabulous supplies and materials for crafts and various learning toys. As your child enters the older classrooms they do an amazing job with preparing them for kindergarten from an academic standpoint. There is also a big emphasis on learning through play. It seems to be a great balance. They spend a large amount of time outdoors in their beautiful and partially shaded outdoor space with loads of outside activities to keep them busy and help them learn through play. It's a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of trees and a veggie garden. They do water play and even teach swimming with a certified swim teacher in the summer months! They serve breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks usually made from scratch and using many organic ingredients. What I have tried has always been delicious and healthy. Every few months they rotate with having a outside gymnastics or yoga instructor come in to have classes for all the different age classrooms. This is all included in their reasonably priced rates. I could go on and on! We have been extremely pleased with this daycare/preschool and highly recommend them!

The daycare decision was difficult for our family as I believe it is for most families. 5280 ECEC made it not only an easy decision, but continues to prove the right decision. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness, joyful decorations and healthy food. They go to great lengths to feed the children different, yummy, and organic every day, and have introduced my child to a much wider palate. I also appreciate their commitment to getting kids outside – it is Colorado and kids should be outside, in both the snow and sun! This was important to me as many daycares don’t allow kids to go outside. The staff is exceptional, serve as great role models for the children and have made my child feel loved, special and cared for. I believe that they have not only sparked my child’s imagination, they have given her a strong academic start for school. The perks like coffee in the morning and parent’s night out for the parents don’t hurt either!K. Young, parent

Unfortunately I did not have a very positive experience using 5280 ECEC. Some of the very basics including things covered in the handbook were simply not delivered.Example – Far too many times I went to pick up my child to learn that ALL of his teachers had left. No one there could report any information about how his day was. The frequency made it clear that it was not a special circumstance, they simply didn’t schedule teachers from his class to cover the entire day.Example – The environment had multiple unsafe conditions that took far too long to correct; like broken windows and splintered wood in the play area. When attempting to address these issues there was always some sort of excuse – like how his classrooms teachers have regular conflicts, or we are continuing to wait for a family member to do the repairs. This is flat out not okay. Schedule teachers to meet the commitments promised in the handbook. Hire a contractor to make the environment safe if your family member handyman is busy.I could go on and on about all the things that were in clear violation of the commitments of the handbook, but it was just excuse after excuse. I grew very tired of the broken commitments and the relentless excuses and lost all faith in them. I won’t even be surprised if this review is remarked with more excuses.

Honestly there aren't ENOUGH positive words to say about this daycare/preschool. They are incredibly in touch with the kids and parents, and positively SPOIL you with organic amazing meals & snacks, they provide sunscreen & tooth brushes for the kids, there are so many little details about them that set them above and beyond. The teachers are fantastic and have a fantastic relationships with the kids! It's very clear that they care about each individual kid and their family. I'm a single parent and they went above and beyond to help me where they could and were always compassionate and understanding. My daughter learned so much and gained such wonderful experiences. They have some fun extra program for the kids all year long, and she truly bonded with the kids and teachers. We are 1 month into kindergarten (and you know the attn span of 5 year olds) she still talks about her teachers and friends at her old school and asks when we can visit. That alone tells me a lot. Would highly recommend this school to any looking in the area.
