Bad attitude hooking up trailer.Dropped off after hours but 12 hours early in drop off location but they charged me $20 on a $30 rental for not checking in on the app. I complained and they admitted they never told me I had to check in on app but charged me anyways. They said it was in the contract but I've rented a bunch of times and never been charged. Who reads the new contract everytime?

The lady won't let me rent the truck even if it is today's reservation. They are who canceled the reservation. The manager lied to me that there's zero money in the account I reserved for the truck, I just got $50 refunded.

The staff was friendly but had to wait for assistance while personnel training was going on @1:30 pm after completion of training, I was assisted and I asked if military discount was offer and the reply was "No" due to U-Haul already contributes alot to "Wounded Warriors"! I was kind of stunt on the reply. I felt like I was asking for charity, excuse me for asking as I said to myself. I still continued with the rental services.

Why go through the hassle of doing things ahead of time when you have to do it again when you get there? The app / process they make you use to pick up the vans? Useless. There are a TON of hoops you have to jump through to use the automated system (like having someone who they can call, right then, to verify you're identity, even though you have to upload the front and back of your driver's license TWICE and take a selfie??). It was promised to be faster and easier, it was neither. After jumping through all the hoops, I still wound up having to chase down an employee to get the key... which seems to defeat the whole purpose of the automated system. When I brought the van back, I followed all of the checkout procedures from the automated system. I went inside to return the key, because that's where I got it, and was told to un-park the vehicle like the system had said and instead being it under the canopy. When I mentioned that I just did what the system said to do, I was told "yeah... I don't know why it says that, you need to bring it around". What is the POINT of the system? Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a Uhaul, they are normally seamless and easy, this was everything but.

I was in a predicament (living on the Western Slope) and Danielle was a life saver! She helped me change to more of an efficient plan and helped me save a lot of money instead of my original plan. She is a rockstar! I wish I could give this place a higher rating! Thank you again!

U-Haul is trying to become a tech company and doing a terrible job.Reserved a van online in advance, easy. When I arrive at the counter, I’m told I have to check in via an app: THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEMS ARE. App asks to scan my face, creepy but whatever. Proceeds through buggy sequence of checkin procedures. U-haul is clearly trying to automate this process / replace human workers but they have a TERRIBLE APP AND USER INTERFACE. Please get this check in process right before inflicting it on customers.Fwiw, Andy was the staffer who helped me out, and he did a good job given the constraints of our corporate overlords.DO NOT RENT HERE. For an in-town move like mine, I would have been better off renting from Home Depot.

DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL IF COMING FROM OUT OF STATE. This uhaul location does NOT accept out of state ID and doesn’t feel the need to let you know in any way. I called 2 times before to let them know I was flying in from out of state and was renting a pickup truck, never once did they mention you NEED a in state ID to rent the truck. Didn’t provide any accommodations either, was willing to leave us stranded with no way of getting around. Horrible experience and bad customer service.

Lady who runs the place, horrible. Let's not even talk about my experience. A man walks in, she says nothing, plays on her phone. After a few minutes of him standing there she says slaps her phone down, "what do you need". She's rude. And, if she's who is in charge of that place, eek. I get y'all don't need to worry about repeat customers. So whatever, treat everyone like trash, but geeze. She reminded me of a 10 year old who was told to go do the dishes. End of the world, reaction. Gross.

They now try to force a phone app on you which doesn't work whatsoever. Maybe go back to renting trucks instead of doing phone apps.
