UPS Golden Website showed a special offer for shredding $1 per pound and get 1 pound free up to 10 lbs but the store clerk would not honor it, and said that the owner was away in Mexico could not be reached. Poor customer service and false advertising.

I am writing to express my utmost praise and thanks to the UPS store in Golden, namely Beverly, Scott, and Katlyn, for the special help they provided to me in the shipping of some boxes that caused unusual problems. I tried calling this store multiple times with no answer then showed up at 5:30 and was told they wouldn’t notarize anything bc they had to close up by 6 The website under notary for this store said 6 and they person who does it was there sitting doing nothing and was very rude Do not use this store

Our Golden Concert Choir, a local non-profit organization, has benefitted from the printing and design services of The UPS Store on 16th Street in Golden for many years. The store has always given us great service and good prices; helpful advice in how best to complete printing and design work. The rubber met the road for us this April, 2025, when the graphic design person in our all volunteer organization suffered a medical emergency during the process of designing and printing the programs for our spring concert. No one else in the group had the knowledge or the experience to complete the task, nor access to the data from past program designs. We contacted Bev, the manager at The UPS Store, and Matt, who had worked with our organization in past years. They had the digital records of the previous year’s content and organization. Matt essentially created the program using his records, and this year’s specific information, plus some digital magic to build onto the graphic design our person had put into the advertising poster before being struck down. The result looked great! The store offered us the same price we had paid last year. Matt completed the project promptly. He offered us guidance on the number to print based on his records from last year.
We were and are stunned by their abilities, their range of expertise, generosity to our small group, and their interest and energy in carrying the project through to completion.
There is no substitute for the joy of working with a local business, and having a history of trusted interactions with them. It is truly priceless.
Another heartfelt “Thank you” to the staff of The UPS Store, and a special thanks to Bev and Matt. You are the best.

SOOOO RUDE! I had an Amazon package mis delivered to my house, so I took it in and they refused to take it. So I said I would pay to have it shipped to the original owner. When I didn’t know the contents they yelled at me again. When I responded back to the large, unhappy female manager, she told me to leave. This behavior is insane. I’ve never seen anything like this.

I’m very disappointed with the services at this UPS location. Despite the website indicating they offer services like passport photos and notary services, each time I’ve visited, I was told these services are unavailable.
Additionally, I found it extremely unprofessional and rude to be asked about my nationality, which I don’t believe is relevant to providing any kind of service. I will no longer be using this location.

Friday morning - was very stressed with a very tight deadline on a multiple large format poster project. Walked into UPS 1716 at 8AM when it opened and was greeted by Matt who quickly, professionally, and calmly ;), helped me print the posters.
I was out in well under an hour with a great quality print job.
Matt told me his superpower is customer service and that he loves his job and it shows. Five star review plus an extra star for the cool confidence that reduced my deadline stress significantly. Highly recommend this UPS location for print jobs in Golden!

went in to send a package out for my very first time and had SCOTT help me , but he was very rude and had a very mean attitude to me because i was confused since it was my first time there. i almost wanted to go to a different location because of how disrespected i felt. will definitely not be returning to this location.
