All I gotta say, is the rudest people in this bank. If you live in Golden, I highly recommend taking your money out of there and going to On top credit union where they are the friendliest people and bank in this community. I also talked to the branch manager today, Clayton. And he thinks a 2.8 review is good and he has no problem with that.

Bank steals from customers! They made up credit cards in my name and fraudulently gave money out of my account to a disreputable hotel. I refuted charges and US BANK still filed charges on my credit report when I opened NO credit cards there and closed my account with a zero balance (they claim I owe a fraudulent hotel that went out of business for defrauding its occupants). NOBODY at the bank would help me then they told me I didn't even have an account there (I have PROOF!!!) They used my information to create fraudulent cards, etc. STAY AWAY FROM US BANK... READ THE NEWS... GOOGLE USBANK FRAUD. They just had to pay out 200 million due to fraud.

I went to USbank and spilr with Clayton about fraud on my account. Because we caught it early Clayton and f4aid prevention were able to make appropriate reversals on my account. I was scared and these to bank representatives helped put my nerves to rest. Thank you Clayton!

Lady on the teller line was rude I have never heard service like that at this branch. The way she talked to the customer she was helping was so disrespectful!! How do you get away with talking to someone like that? Someone please sit with her and talk to her about what customer service is! I’ve been in here a few times and her attitude is probably the worst I’ve ever seen in customer services. I hold a large amount of money in this bank and tellers like her make me want to pull out and go somewhere where they really do care. US Bank please do better.

10/10 lobby music and friendly staff. If you don’t have time to go into the bank then don’t go into the bank.

The drive-through window here is a joke people drive up to the commercial and get help right away while you’re sitting there in the other lanes waiting for someone to acknowledge your existence, and once they did deposit my check they screwed that up, I definitely won’t be back to this location.

Extremely slow service. Drive thru takes 30-40 minutes per trip. Not good when you are a business owner and have to waste time sitting in their drive thru. Miss the branches and the people that are temporarily closed. Please figure out how to reopen the lobby

This specific branch location is antiquated and inefficient; the requirement of hand-written deposit / withdrawal slips by a customer should not be required in 2019. This branch would do well to integrate the technologies present at the W. Colfax / W. Alameda Ave branch locations to better serve it's customers and provide a more efficient / pleasant banking experience.

Untrustworthy Bank. They called me saying they need my SS info, which was strange since I submitted one month before. The lady vowed on the phone that they did not have it: BIG LIE!!!

Nice and friendly customer services but they just can't do works that other location can. I went in to get my cash reward which I got from spending my US Bank Debit/Credit Reward card they told me to call 1800. Ever location provide this service easily except this location, unbelievable.

Standing in line right now because the drive up teller told me that she couldn't process my Contour card load because it would take too long. There were NO vehicles behind me either. It's 10am on a Wednesday so not exactly their busy time. I thought it was extremely rude AND if there were any cars I think they would rather sit and be cozy in their car than wait and stand. Anyway, I cooperated and came inside, waiting...finally another teller pops out from the back room. She needed help of course(super easy $1000 deposit). I don't get it. US Bank really needs to get it together. After asking 3 other people for help I finally got my transaction processed! Woww! I feel like I stepped into 1987 when I walk into any US Bank. Feeling so frustrated. What happened to "save you time and money"
