Went to pick up prescription, spoke to Bianca who told me my insurance would not cover it and I would have to pay $4700. I then spoke to another lady who was able to get it down to $67 with Good RX Discount. Great! I went to pick it up later and was then told the prescription was not available in my dosage and the wholesaler had been out of that dosage for over a month. I went across the street and checked with King Soopers Pharmacy. No issues, had plenty of my dosage in stock. Needless to say I transferred the prescription.

I have used this pharmacy for the last 5 years and in that time their staaff has made some egregious errors. Once, I went to pick up one medication. The assistant handed me six medications for another person. It's not like he had a similar name or address. Intoloerable.Yet another time, the same assistant double-charged me which is incredible given their automated software.Finally, I had my prescriptions transferred to another store and the Walgreens software verified that this was done correctly. However, this store apparently does not update their data from the main Walgreens Software program and continued to fill my prescriptions. This caused alerts from my Insurance company which delays future refills from the store I transferred to. Never, ever go to this Walgreens.

My experience here was brief and this is not a store anywhere near my house. I needed to buy condoms, lube and a razor. I found all three items quickly, one item with the friendly assistance of a staff member. The store is neat, clean and tidy. There is plenty of safe and well lit parking. Even though I was only in the store for ten minutes, I found the experience to be simple and positive.

I wish businesses would stay open to their posted hours. Pharmacy is supposed to be open to 9. Pharmacist was walking out before 8:55. Ridiculous. Five more minutes wouldn't have killed him to help somebody who needs their medication. It's not like walking into a restaurant at the last minute. He still would have left on time.

Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is unprofessional and exceptionally rude. Their have been many mishaps with the pharmacy either losing my prescription, filling them incorrectly and treating me with great disrespect for their incompetency. It's hard to reach anyone by telephone at the pharmacy as calling into the pharmacy is useless... they put you on hold indefinitely and then hang up on you. This is a recurring issue with the pharmacy. It takes HOURS to get through to a actual person and then they put you on hold and then disconnect you after a certain time. I have had so many mishaps with my prescriptions with this pharmacy. Time to find a new pharmacy that handles my medications in a professional manner.

What is wrong with this Walgreens location? Seriously, it's always like visiting monkey island. Completely disorganized and chaotic. Other locations seem to run much more smoothly. Great circus!

This is a review for the Golden, Colorado store on Golden Rd. The team working today was AWESOME! My daughter is in college, found out she has Covid, so I placed a delivery order to be dropped at the dorms. They had everything to her within 30 minutes even though I made a typo in the dorm address! The driver was kind enough to text her and tell her he was having problems finding the location - she was able to provide the correct address and he arrived within minutes with all the items. Truly a WONDERFUL delivery experience and I would recommend it to everyone. Just wish we knew the drivers name so we could send a big thank you to the manager!

I went to pick up my prescription yesterday at 8pm, they are open to 9pm, the pharmacy is closed. I went this morning to fill my prescription, a sign is on the window stating they are closed all day today. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened, but will be the last time I ever use this very unreliable pharmacy.

It's an ok store to shop in but, I give up on the pharmacy. They're nice helpful folks in person but, they get a bit of a not so sharp crowd so you'll be in line a while. Even that is ok but, I have tried for 3 days straight to get a prescription refilled that in the past months, they have filled automatically and texted me it was ready - great. Didn't happen this month and I've called and sat on hold for well over 20 minutes 3 days in a row and, when it comes my turn - I get hung up on.Probably some system/phone problem, who knows but, I'm done with them. I'll go to Target like my wife, where the service is excellent and efficient.Looks like others have the same problem there. Walgreens, are you listening?

My rating has changed from 5* in 2018 to 1* 2021 due to the fact that their prescription system has failed me (I have Medicare and the United Healthcare Walgreens prescription insurance coverage).Historically, I was notified when my prescriptions were being processed and again when they were ready for pickup, additionally, they would request a new prescription from my PCP when the refills were about to expire. I am nearly out of my 2 prescriptions and when I was finally able to reach someone last week, they blamed my PCP for not responding to their messages. When I contacted my PCP yesterday, I was informed that they had not received any requests from Walgreens. I attempted to call Walgreens 3 times yesterday and when the automated message claimed that I was next in line, after being on hold for 30 minutes, I was disconnected all 3 times. Totally frustrated, I contacted United Healthcare to transfer my account from Walgreens to a mail order company. Additionally, I find their prices incredibly high. For instance I needed a supply last year, Walgreens was charging nearly $8 and Amazon was charging less than $5 for exactly the same item. My neighbors have complained about long lines at the pharmacy and cashier station. Their loyalty program is a joke!! Furthermore, when I switched my prescriptions to a mail order company, one of my prescriptions decreased from $47.40 to $16.51 for the same 90 day supply. I do not know how they are still in business!! I'd find another pharmacy rather than give this one your business.
