I have used this pharmacy for the last 5 years and in that time their staaff has made some egregious errors. Once, I went to pick up one medication. The assistant handed me six medications for another person. It's not like he had a similar name or address. Intoloerable. Yet another time, the same assistant double-charged me which is incredible given their automated software. Finally, I had my prescriptions transferred to another store and the Walgreens software verified that this was done correctly. However, this store apparently does not update their data from the main Walgreens Software program and continued to fill my prescriptions. This caused alerts from my Insurance company which delays future refills from the store I transferred to. Never, ever go to this Walgreens.

My experience here was brief and this is not a store anywhere near my house. I needed to buy condoms, lube and a razor. I found all three items quickly, one item with the friendly assistance of a staff member. The store is neat, clean and tidy. There is plenty of safe and well lit parking. Even though I was only in the store for ten minutes, I found the experience to be simple and positive.

I wish businesses would stay open to their posted hours. Pharmacy is supposed to be open to 9. Pharmacist was walking out before 8:55. Ridiculous. Five more minutes wouldn't have killed him to help somebody who needs their medication. It's not like walking into a restaurant at the last minute. He still would have left on time.

Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is unprofessional and exceptionally rude. Their have been many mishaps with the pharmacy either losing my prescription, filling them incorrectly and treating me with great disrespect for their incompetency. It's hard to reach anyone by telephone at the pharmacy as calling into the pharmacy is useless... they put you on hold indefinitely and then hang up on you. This is a recurring issue with the pharmacy. It takes HOURS to get through to a actual person and then they put you on hold and then disconnect you after a certain time. I have had so many mishaps with my prescriptions with this pharmacy. Time to find a new pharmacy that handles my medications in a professional manner.

What is wrong with this Walgreens location? Seriously, it's always like visiting monkey island. Completely disorganized and chaotic. Other locations seem to run much more smoothly. Great circus!

This is a review for the Golden, Colorado store on Golden Rd. The team working today was AWESOME! My daughter is in college, found out she has Covid, so I placed a delivery order to be dropped at the dorms. They had everything to her within 30 minutes even though I made a typo in the dorm address! The driver was kind enough to text her and tell her he was having problems finding the location - she was able to provide the correct address and he arrived within minutes with all the items. Truly a WONDERFUL delivery experience and I would recommend it to everyone. Just wish we knew the drivers name so we could send a big thank you to the manager!

Waited over an hour for a prescription only to have some lady snap at me at the window. Being sick sucks but this Walgreens is suckier!

I went to pick up my prescription yesterday at 8pm, they are open to 9pm, the pharmacy is closed. I went this morning to fill my prescription, a sign is on the window stating they are closed all day today. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened, but will be the last time I ever use this very unreliable pharmacy.

It's an ok store to shop in but, I give up on the pharmacy. They're nice helpful folks in person but, they get a bit of a not so sharp crowd so you'll be in line a while. Even that is ok but, I have tried for 3 days straight to get a prescription refilled that in the past months, they have filled automatically and texted me it was ready - great. Didn't happen this month and I've called and sat on hold for well over 20 minutes 3 days in a row and, when it comes my turn - I get hung up on. Probably some system/phone problem, who knows but, I'm done with them. I'll go to Target like my wife, where the service is excellent and efficient. Looks like others have the same problem there. Walgreens, are you listening?

Pharmacists are professional and helpful. Unfortunately, pharmacy techs are not. I pick up regular monthly prescriptions and order a few days ahead on line. Have used this pharmacy for well over a year, and Walgreen for decades. Emails notify me of meds ready when they're not, need for physician contact when I have refills (although I don't get the info until I arrive at the store to pick them up), online record omits some medications entirely, recently I was informed by one tech that my prescription had been filled somewhere in another state and then left as if it were my problem. When I gave a telephone number as requested to help access my account, I was told no such account existed. When unable to answer online questions, they often simply vanish from the conversation. When asked by telephone for clarification, more than one has been irritable and quite rude, on more than one occasion. I realized just how discouraging the problem had become when this morning I stopped myself from checking on a prescription status because the process was so consistently frustrating and unpleasant. I'd rather drive to Lakewood than repeatedly be treated badly.

I love going to this store. They always have their shelves stocked, and it is clean. Craig, is great at the checkout. Super friendly, and efficient!

Was treated soooo poorly by management, Natali. I was actually told to go f myself. There's a new system in which insurance pays for some OTC products. After spending almost an hour carefully checking labels to be sure I had all approved products, I get to the register only to have about $60 of a $150 sale covered (now mind you, this gets paid by s MasterCard, so even though it's free for me, it's still a legitimate sale for Walgreens itself) I asked to have a manager help me. I didn't give the cashier a hard time, I didn't even expect him to know the system that well, if at all. It's only 4 months into the making. Well, when she told me, oh well, there's nothing I can do, I explained I spent forever, with a baby who was steadily becoming cranky and she just gave me an "oh well, whatever" attitude. I asked for a real manager, a store manager. She gave me his card and said he'd be ba k the next day. As I walked out the door she told me to go f myself. I was with my baby, so I just looked back and shook my head. I didn't bother calling next day, just went to a nicer, cleaner, bigger, and closer locale. It turns out, Golden had products mislabeled as covered, when they weren't. 2 managers from the belmar location helped me with everything and that was the problem with golden. As a result, the belmar location nabbed a $180 sale and golden lost not only me, but many others I told my experience to as a customer. If Natali had taken a little time, like the 2 managers at the other location, to actually help, instead of being lazy and rude, they would've kept me as a regular customer. Too bad, so sad.

PHARMACY REVIEW! Going from doctors to the pharmacy is always a drag and having a lot of health problems the past year I have been coming to this pharmacy and every time the staff have been so kind and so wonderful! They truly go above and beyond calling your insurance for you and the doctor to get things right! I have never experienced a bad time with them and I am so grateful! They are so amazing and so awesome! You leave feeling a tad better a smile is contagious so smile on!

Safeway pharmacy bus a much better choice of than Walgreens. Better prices and much better customer service. The Walgreens drive through tempted me to come back...but Safeway customer service is worth getting out of my car!
